Go see karl for any of your furniture needs !!! he was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about furniture and if he didn’t know he made sure to find out for us. he was very friendly and even told us about signing up for rewards which saved us 15% off !!! definitely recommend this store we were acknowledged walking into the store and even leaving (this rarely happens anywhere else) this was our first time at big lots in forto and we will definitely be back. The respect karl gave us was amazing we are in our early 20s and most people wouldn’t have treated us with as much respect as this store did today so if you are younger definitely go here if you are in need for furniture or for some good deals, thanks again karl !!!

This review is specifically for Karl in the furniture department! He helped us so much with finding what we needed and was very patient with us when we asked him to go back and forth a million times to see what he had in stock. Thank you so much Karl, you’re amazing. I suggest asking for him for all of your furniture needs!!

I'll shop and spend my money here before back to the Dollar General Pop Shelf ever again.

Absolutely love the new store & layout. It feels much nicer, shelves have been stocked well. Employees are always busy but helpful when needed. Love the credit and layaway they offer. It makes everything so much easier. I also love the fact that they carry brands not seen in other stores. We have bought our kitchen table set from there. $300. A year ago. It's still strong & we use it for everything from the everyday catch all to eating at, to a work desk. We've purchased many things for our garden as well a year ago, still holding up. Pillows, a year ago. Still great! My son has his eyes on a recliner so we will be purchasing that this week. We love Big Lots! Thx for not changing your ways!

This store’s location is so close to my home! I am absolutely thrilled with how positive the environment is.. and how welcoming the team members have been to me so far! When I was looking through furniture, a woman named Joy came up to me and helped me with any and all of my questions. 10/10 experiences!

Love looking around whether I buy or not! Always interesting things to look at. They're putting out their Christmas things and it's so pretty. The novelty toys will keep you mashing buttons fo awhile

I would recommend everybody to go shop at Big lots the employees there are so kind and friendly and they are always helping you to find something so that's why I gave Big lots a five stars I really loved going to Big lots

Heather B. went above and beyond with helping us pick out a couch. If a couch wasn't available, she checked other stores' inventory. She professional, courteous, and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy like you might find some furniture store salesman. Give this lady a raise!

Another amazing visit!!! I had accumulated big lots bucks and I was anxiously awaiting to spend them. I wanted more solar lights and whatever else I could use my bucks on but to dismay they sold out of both kinds I previously purchased. When you walk in the store they have a furniture group to my left and it was the sofa I purchased with the loveseat and an otterman. I really liked the other pieces but it wasn't on sale only special financing. I spoke with Justice (furniture associate) and she checked for me to see when they were going to have another sale. So, I was disappointed that I couldn't find anything to spend my bucks on and then I spoke with Joy(furniture mgr?) and asked how the bucks work. She explained that I can use all my bucks if the $ amount can warrant the transaction. Guess what ,it did!!!!!! Justice, Deanna, and of course Joy made my day yet again!!! Thank you ladies for all your help!! Your company has a really great team in your furniture department! I've always purchased my furniture from J.C. Penney's (mgr. for 17 yrs there). This is my new place to purchase big ticket items.

Big lots was great. It is easy and convenient, I was looking for oval table cloths. I asked someone who works there where I could find them. She walked me right to the aisle. I got two table cloths for $5.00 a piece.

Everyone one is always friendly. The store is well organized. They have nice things at reasonable prices and often offer discounts to military and first responders which is an added bonus.

I was so excited to find out I got a military discount! I always hit up Big Lots before I hit up Walmart!

I love Big Lots. They have a huge variety of things that you probably wouldn't even realize that they sell!

Love Big lots. Nice clean store with a variety of items at good prices. Never too crowded and staff is always friendly. Go here a bunch.

Walmart has lower prices didn't have what I was looking for so went to Beals found what I was looking for.

This store was well stocked and super clean, I still feel like they could use more help up front on the registers but I know good help is hard to find right now but overall a great store will be back.

First time in the new Big Lots. I was Instacarting and it appeared they had most things in stock. I would like to say the associate, Becky, was very helpful. Went above and beyond to assist me in finding a couple of items that I was shopping for.

Still getting organized . Wish my neighbor , Jerry, was at the helm again! Looks really nice in how they have placed merchandise to be bought! Great location! Will go back.
