This is what I ordered as a wedding cake versus what I received at #Super1. I couldn't do anything but laugh. I called them and they refunded me and offered to comp me a cake. The #Super1 in Alexandria, Louisiana has top notch customer service. All the workers were friendly and empathetic. I'll definitely go there again but I now know to ask for "Kayla". She's the best. 💜

The Managers here are amazing Katrina always seem to be in the store to help and Kim is an absolute delight at the register even the lady Shelia in the meat department comes out to help there's also a guy in the deli named Marcus that knows my order as soon as I walk up this is my favorite store to shop. They make you feel like family here.

The employees were very helpful when I asked for help it was easy to locate everything I needed I was in and out in a timely manner

I was able to buy some Down Home brand sausage I like on sale. Using my 5% senior discount, I saved a bit more. I got a reasonably good price on coffee and sugar. Check out girl was very nice.

Everything about this place is great. The people are very friendly and polite. The prices, while not as cheap as I would want, are definitely understandable, but the main reason I'm writing this is because of a cashier named Jeremy. He was, in my experience, the best cashier I ever had. He was very polite and was always ready to help with scanning everything. I think that boy deserves a raise for how well he handled me.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in Alexandria. And it has been since they open the doors here.

Very nice store. Produce dept most General Managers would love to have. Very clean produce ready to be brought home. The store is well stocked convenient to reach all products. Friendly thoughtful employees everywhere. Meat dept was well organized and super fresh looking displayed items. Shoppers everywhere. Now they monitor the store carefully. More so than any store I seen before. Security is very well vented so as to reduce loss. Here kindness by employees is first rate. Huge parking lot. Well lite parking. If you want a shopper to do your shopping I saw many employees using a app that let's them the store personal or aka private shopper know what wish to purchase. This seems on the surface 🤔 as a very well organized group. Prices are good. I would not hesitate to recommend this store ever. Great place good for the belly foods. No matter what your taste. They got you.
