Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Covington

The front desk staff are so friendly and full of personality. Their housekeeping also does a great job of learning their guests habits. They noticed I have a ton of makeup and they started putting extra makeup wipes in my room! So wonderful and always willing to help!

Stay was great. Location was not what was expected. No pool unfortunately. Staff was amazing and attentive.

Man....a really nice place to stay. The staff is amazing!!! It's centrally located around everything in either Ohio or Kentucky. If when I come back I'll definitely stay here.

Wonderful staff & super clean room! All of the extra amenities you need in a central location by the bridge for easy access to Cincinnati & other surrounding cities. Parking deck was easily accessible, with lots of places to eat within walking distance

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Paul Brown Stadium. The desk employees were very nice and courteous. Lobby was clean and set up nicely. Location has several fast food restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice with a good view. Our neighbors constantly smoked weed but the is about all the issue we had.

I would tell my friends about the hotel it was a great place to stay and I would I would stay there again in the near future the atmosphere was great I didn't get to see everything that was there that the hotel had.

Excellent hotel! The staff is very respectful and friendly. Room was cozy, wifi was fast, overall a very stress free experience. Really what more could you want? They also have a gym, pool, and bistro on the lobby level.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pool was an easy entertainment break for the kid. The food area was better the expected. We found ourselves skipping going out for breakfast to get it here. All in all a good place to stay if you are in the area.

Super friendly staff. Very nice & updated rooms. Love the pull out sofa, was a very comfy half circle lounge type couch. Plenty of charging ports, supplied good quality shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Only downsides were the parking garage. Although anywhere you parked was fairly close to an elevator that took you to the main level. & breakfast.. Says grab & go, but nothing is complimentary for breakfast. They do have a restaurant inside the hotel too, that serves breakfast & dinner.

Nice, clean hotel. It’s located conveniently by downtown. The parking garage attached to the hotel is convenient. The staff was friendly and the courtyard area is a nice place to relax with friends and family. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Cincinnati area, I recommend you stay here.

It seemed as if most of the other guests and their families followed social distancing guidelines, including wearing masks!

Stayed one night with my wife while in town for a wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The fee to park in their own small attached parking garage was pretty unnecessary, but other than that we recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quick stay. Delivers everything you'd expect; no disappointments or surprises.

Front dest make me feel so welcomed . The bistro was very helpful and friendly , and let's not forget about housekeeping my rooms were super clean. Great job everyone. I will be back for sure .

Our room was clean, the staff was pleasant and helfpul, and the location was perfect for visiting the aquarium. We had a 1 bedroom suite. It was modern enough, had plenty of space for a family of 5.

We stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last year and a half while my son was being seen at Cincinnati Childrens. If I could give this staff 10 stars, I absolutely would! They are so kind, accommodating and pleasant! There were times we needed to extend or shorten our stay depending on what we were there for and they always helped us take care of this with 0 issues. My son especially loved coming through because the staff always stopped to talk to him and made him feel like he was at home. This was a huge deal for a 2 year old! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Matress a little firmer than I like, but got decent nights sleep.. Very quiet, no noise from other guests. Pool and hot tub nice but the chlorine smell was a little strong.
