If I could give this business a 10 star review I would! The most amazing service, helpful beyond belief, professional, and kind! The gentleman Michael that works there that is a locksmith went above and beyond for me for over three days and probably save me about $3000!!!!!

These people are so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I needed a new programmed chip key made. I called ahead to verify they had the one I needed. After 10 minutes, I was on my way. Very satisfied with their service.

I was distraught over losing my only car key and worried I couldn't afford to have a new one made. Allen answered the phone politely, listened patiently to my plight, and assured me it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. He suggested I call the dealer, as most of them have the ability to cut a key based on your VIN's code. As foolish as I felt for not having thought of that myself, I was even more thankful that he was there on the phone to set me at ease in my moment of utter panic. It's rare these days for someone to help you when it doesn't directly help their business, so I hope this shout out sends some folks his way. I'm certain he'll take great care of you! And If I ever again need a locksmith, Bonded will be my first call.

Not the cheapest in town, and you have to drive out to Erlanger, but how much are your valuables and safety worth? Remember that the bitterness of poor quality lasts longer than the sweetness of low price.

Bonded follows a strict protocol for only the release of keys to authorized persons (bring your driver’s license).

I have complete confidence in these guys. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it.

I recently asked them to help me with a specialty lock on a small safe and they were very helpful. It took about 30 minutes to get the job done but they were very patient. I will absolutely do business with them again.
