Lexington Marriott City Center

Karen came in yelling at the receptionist lady about a room not being ready and was asked to leave. Security stayed with her and her daughter even when the lady got in her face. The Karen was completely comfortable with making herself look like a fool but shocked when someone used “a bad word”. I was extremely impressed by the way the security guard handled the situation. I certainly wouldn’t have had the patience.

I was in town for the UK graduation. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to everywhere from the arena where graduation was held, to multiple breweries and distilleries, to restaurants. However, the most brag worthy part of this hotel is their housekeeper, Leslie. I left behind a very expensive pair of prescription glasses, without which, I cannot see. Upon calling the front desk, I did not receive much help. I called a second time and asked to speak directly with a housekeep, which is how I got in touch with Leslie. Leslie made it her mission to find and mail my glasses to me. This type of service is not common to come across these days. I could not be more thankful for her kindness!!!

Absolutely loved this beautiful hotel! The downstairs bar has fantastic food and Chris is super helpful and friendly. Large bourbon selection also available with a few Marriott only options of Angel's Envy and Woodford. Several great restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is definitely one of my absolute favorite hotels!!! I travel quite a bit for work and whenever I'm in Lexington I try my best to stay here. The rooms a perfect! Parking makes me feel safe and I'm not particularly fond of parking garages. I literally feel like I could live here; and with me being away from home so much, that is exactly what I need!!!! Hands down anytime you are in Lexington........ STAY HERE!!!

What a great location. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Loves the hardwood floors. Friendly and attentive staff. We wanted a property walkable to downtown restaurants and concert venues. This is the best!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Staff are attentive and courteous. MClub service was absolutely tremendous.

View from our hotel room was extremely beautiful. Was very quiet and the food from room service was amazing! I had the blue grass burger and I can’t recommend it enough. Pool is very small but has a fabulous view since it’s on the rooftop. Wasn’t a kid oriented hotel and was very high class.

Excellent hotel for business or travel, friendly professional staff, great room options, good food and nice bar. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooftop bar offers great food and drinks with a pool.

Jojo, Josetta and Ah-May-Zing have the same meaning. This young woman has taken customer service at the this hotel to an all time high. As a Marriott Ambassador I spend more time in Marriott than I do in my own home so I truly appreciate exemplary service!

Very nice and clean!! Highly recommended! The gym is really nice and the beds are comfortable. I wish there was a coffee spot in the lobby but at least there is a starbucks you can walk to in like less than 5 minutes.

Always a great stay! Booked for a few friends this time to stay while in town. Rooms are always clean and the people working are very friendly. It has a rooftop restaurant and pool, with service at the pool. Room service until midnight on weekends. It is right in the center of downtown and close to everything. Highly recommend.

This Marriott stay was great.
Upgraded to a suite with super view of the city. Used the exercise room - as did a dozen other people the morning of my stay. They have an M lounge, for frequent travelers - guess that’s me now. Breakfast was very filling and included.

There is also a bar & meeting rooms in this hotel with underground parking.

Next door in the Springhill Suites is a rooftop restaurant. Casual dining - open 7 days a week. And the tacos were great, and waitress very friendly - great service here.

Great modern hotel in the center of downtown and steps away from the historical district. We were upgraded to a corner room that is more than spacious. Great bartender and super appetizers in the Club.

One of the newer Marriott’s I’ve stay in. Great customer service from the time I walked in. Wonderful lounge with outdoor seating. Close to everything. The garage is under the building, and so if you opt out of valet you’re not going to have to worry about a long walk. I know how it is to have a walk with luggage. Probably by far one of the nicest gyms I’ve seen with the Marriott properties.

This is my favorite hotel in Lexington. It is great room, spacious and well furnished. I always get a great view of the city, and it is in a great location to walk to lots of places. It has an incredible gym inside for a workout. The hotel is very clean. Staff is super friendly. They make sure to right and issues that come up during or after the stay. Still my favorite hotel in Lexington.

I love staying at this particular Marriott because of the location, amenities, access & staff! Kayla in particular is one of the great humans that makes the guest her priority. Great job team! Keep up the awesome vibe

What a wonderful place to stay! The rooms and amenities are fantastic but the staff is truly the best part!! They were friendly and helpful the entire stay. They genuinely seemed happy to help. Jody Dugger went above and beyond to make sure all the crazy Bulldog fans were taken care of after the game. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling through Lexington.

This hotel is amazing. A real remaking of space by Marriott in the best way possible. Service from the moment we arrived was superb. The M lounge reduces waste by offering refillable drinks. The breakfast buffet is a real value for the price point. Bed was awesome. The only thing Marriott needs to do in general at all of their hotels is redesign their showers so the water doesn't overflow between the doors. A chain-wide design issue. Will stay here again if given the opportunity!
