I contacted Advance Lock Service to have new deadbolts and exterior door hardware fitted to my exterior entry doors and to have some spare keys made.

I spoke to Allen on the phone and he agreed to meet me at my home the next day. He was courteous, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable; he even showed me an issue with the installation of my new storm door, and suggested a solution to it.

The work was completed quickly and correctly and he did a great job cleaning up after the installation. The price was extremely reasonable, and I would recommend Allen and Advance Lock Service to anyone.

Highly recommend. Called over the holidays to get a valet key for my mom’s Equinox. We just wanted a key to get in her car in the case she locks her keys in the car…again 😅. Dealership said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do just a valet key, they wanted to program it for $120+tax. I got a call back within 5 minutes of leaving a message and we went today to get the key. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend going to this local business for your lock and key needs!

This guy is the real deal. I don't write many reviews but thought I must after the service yesterday. My dogs locked themselves in my workshop by flipping the deadbolt. Allen arrived 30 minutes after I called him. The deadbolt required a key to be made which Allen did in about 3 minutes using pretty cool technology. Fast, way cheaper than busting the door down and he is super friendly. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with this place they actually have skeleton keys and any other key you need on display, it wasn't for me but he was programming another gentleman's key pod for his vehicle, I took in a safe he had open within a minute.

Allen was so awesome! He came prepared, changed one lock, rekeyed my other locks, and gave me information on the locks themselves. Allen also gave me information on future upgrades that I may want to consider without any pressure. He was on time, very quick, and super nice! I recommend him to everyone I know!

I had changed out the ignition on my Honda CR-V but it wasn’t turning over - turns out you need a transponder along with the key to stop the engine immobilizer from kicking in! I had a hell of a time finding a ready to go locksmith and Allen was just the guy I needed! He knew exactly what my problem was. We set up my card and he came and took care of everything without me even having to be there! Really appreciated his professionalism and punctuality! This guy does a superb job and my car is back up and running great because of the new key and transponder he made for it! And his pricing was incredibly fair! Thanks Allen!

Allen was great to work with! Called later in the day to get a business rekeyed same day. Extremely helpful over the phone to figure out what we needed. Quick to come and got the job done effortlessly. No hassle to the customer. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I bought a used motorcycle, and the previous owner had only a single (bent) key. They were able to make me two keys which work perfectly!
Highly recommend them for any key making needs- clearly a much higher quality product than Walmart and the like, and with great customer service to boot!

Allen at Advance Lock Service is the man! The lock to my office door broke so that I was unable to get in. Allen came out less than an hour after I contacted him. Not only did he hook me up with a new lock and keys at a great, fair, and reasonable price, he did it in about 10 minutes flat! He also threw in an extra key and adjusted the hinges/release to make the door fit properly in its frame free of charge! I could not be happier with my experience. Our truck would not start with the key. My mechanic suggested I contact a locksmith about this. I called advanced Lock service, and Allen came to my house the same day, created new keys for the truck, and solved the issue, which was a worn out key, very quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service. They worked to schedule me on a saturday. And placed my order for 2 key fobs. And he did a great job getting them programmed. And anytime i need anything done in this line of work done. I will be calling them for now on. You couldnt ask for a better job done then want they did. Very responsive. Allen came to my home to cut and program a new ignition key. He wanted to make it 100% right so cut a cheap key first to test in the door. When it didn’t work he lubricated the lock and worked it out till it was right. Then he fixed my original key that was damaged. Above all that he even programmed my remote for me. Would highly recommend this business to anyone! Thank you for the great service.

Excellent place and service! I needed a transponder key cut for my Endeavor. The big chains wouldn't do it and the dealer wanted $400. They were able to cut the key in about 5 minutes and charged me only $5! Key works perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Quick service, great price, friendly staff

I had two replacement keys cut and programmed for my Corolla at a much lower price than the local Toyota dealer was asking. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Advance Lock Service for any of your automotive key needs.

We locked ourselves out of our house at 8:40am. I called Advance Lock Service at 8:45a and a woman answered, took down my info, and said the technicians get in at 9a and Alan would call me right back.
8:55a Alan called me and said he'd be there within the hour - he was working on another person's lock. He came earlier than expected, and after 5 minutes I was back in my house.
Alan and Advance Lock Service were incredibly professional and their service fees were definitely reasonable.
They 100% understand that people who need their help are looking for timely response and service and that is exactly what I got. I saved their number in my phone in case this happens again. Thank you Alan!!
