Chart House

This place was a wonderful experience. The views of the river and the Cincinnati skyline provided a wonderful ambience. The service was top notch, and the food was exquisite. They had great drink selection, and their mixology was on point. I’d highly recommend this place for date and night or a special occasion.

I went early on a Friday and they were very busy. I originally had a reservation but sat in the bar instead. They had a nice selection of white wine by the glass. Excellent Oysters Rockefeller. The dress code was very casual. Although there were people dressed up too. I think it is reasonably priced for a higher scale restaurant. Two glasses of wine and an appetizer were about $50 without a tip. They had a large happy hour menu, which I did not order from. Parking wasn't bad but I went very early. I was surprised that they did not have valet parking; but it could be that I was too early. I'm looking forward to going back.

A very nicely put together special event for the WEBN fireworks. Everything was amazing, & we had the best server Tracy. The food is always great here, but all the items chosen for the buffet were well done, including the pass around appetizers. The mini desserts were really good too.

Chose Chart House for our celebratory 20th anniversary dinner. Tracy our server was very tentative and all the food was excellent. Probably the best salmon I’ve ever had! My husband got prime rib and said it was good too! We were stuffed and couldn’t finish dessert. Good value for the money and great views on the Ohio river too!

One of our favorite local places. The food is always excellent and the staff are exceptional. ‘L’ Was our waiter tonight as we were celebrating our 12 anniversary and he was just great. Everything we’ve ever tried here has been top notch and at a much better price than some of the comparable establishments in the area. Love the atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Chart House. We had reservations during the early dinner time (4:30-6) and ordered from it. We had Spinach Artichoke dip as an appetizer. Our meals came with salad and dessert. I had prime rib and she got Hawaiian NY Strip medallions. We both got creme brulee for dessert. Everything tasted great and was a great value. Our dinners were each about $30. Our server, Larman was great. He took very good care of us. We will definitely be back.

We went here for a date night. The door greater was friendly and danced to the overhead music. We were seated in a nice spot, with of course a view. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating with our drink and starters. Then I started to feel sick. The waitress checked on me often and asked if I needed assistance with low sugar. We instead asked if we could get our meal to go. We unfortunately didn't get to eat our dinner in this wonderful place, but the hospitality and accommodations for us were amazing. The dinner was still amazing later as takeout and leftovers once I was feeling better. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have a lot of allergies and am always concerned when I eat out how that is going to go, but the Chart House was incredible and accommodating. Because we told them ahead of time they had a Gluten sensitive menu to work off of at the table waiting and were very quick to figure out what would work. I very rarely have a lot of options when I go out, and here I did! The food and service were incredible, and I highly recommend, especially to others with food allergies. I also recommend for any special occasions, it was our anniversary and they added so many special touches it was wonderful!

Chart House has an amazing view over the river. Had the three course Thanksgiving meal. The food was delicious. Can't recommend the lava cake enough.

The food was delicious! Our server, Dan, was so kind and patient with us. And the views were fantastic! The non-alcoholic drink with sage was amazing too.

I had the snapper with lump crab and roasted veggies and all were very delicious, 5/5. The lava cake was also very very good, 5/5.

Service was a bit slow at times, and my water glass was empty more often than I liked.

The most wonderful Labor Day Fireworks event and dinner. Chart House did everything so well! Great food, service, seating outside for firework viewing. Lava Cake dessert afterwards. We felt so special!

My husband and I went here over the weekend for an anniversary celebration. The hostess was prompt and greeted us as soon as we walked in and kept us updated on how long it would take for the table after confirming the reservation. The server was very knowledgeable on the menu and suggestions for dinner. The restaurant made us a anniversary dessert which was delicious and they even made special menus with Happy Anniversary on them and we got to keep them which was very special to us. The food was above and beyond what we expected and was very delicious and hot. Overall, the chart house was amazing and I for sure recommend this place for any special event and we will for sure return again. Thank you for making our 4th anniversary one to remember.

I have been going to Chart House Restaurants for over 40 years--mostly in California. Went to this location to celebrate my birthday and my friend's as well. We were seated at a table with a beautiful riverfront view. They had wonderful bread service with an assortment of breads. We ordered an appetizer that was good. We all ordered steak of some sort. I ordered 7oz filet which comes with mashed potatoes. I ordered a side of mushrooms. I also ordered a faux-ito. The food was all very, very good, which is to be expected when you are paying more. Service was a little slow. It took about 15 minutes to get our check. Our server was good, but could've been a little more attentive. I would still recommend this restaurant as the atmosphere is amazing.

During my family’s meal we ordered from our menu choices. The prime rib undercooked, chicken totally over cooked, hard to get refills when there were professional servers provided. Maybe a date night dinner would be better but a family putting if more than 12 not good. I hope others have a Breyer experience than my family and I did.

A group of 4 of us went for the 3 course dinner on New Year’s Eve and it was a fantastic experience! Mandy was our server and she was excellent!!
The food was delicious and the drinks were just as great! Such a great view as well! Definitely recommend!!

Very nice restaurant!!!! Great Customer Service from the moment we walked in!!!!! Very friendly, kind, and professional staff!!! (Including the hostess, bartender, Manager, and our server Jenna!!!!) We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The food was delicious and fresh!!!! The salads were tasty....the bread was fresh....the appetizers were great as well!!! We had the Shrimp Beignets and the Kimchee Calamari! Anything with "beignet" in it is an automatic winner for me!!!! The sauce was pretty tasty on the Calamari! The Salmon and Goat Cheese Salad was yummy!!! The Bronzed Mahi Mahi (topped with tasty crab) with roasted fall veggies was amazing!!!!The Hot Chocolate Lava Cake hit the spot!!!!! The cucumber & honey non-alcoholic drink was refreshing!!!! The presentation of the Torched Apple Manhattan was cool!!!!
The Snapper, Crab Cake, Lobster Tail, Stuffed Shrimp, Chopped Salad, and Spinach Salad were great as well!!!! The restaurant is in a great location( great view)....there is plenty of parking available! The rest rooms are very clean!!!! Merci de bien vouloir for accomodating my family for notre fete d'anniversaire!!!! 🎉🎊🥳

My Wife and I had a wonderful experience here. The food and drinks were excellent and had a table with a great view of the city. Wait staff was extremely attentive. Ultimately couldn't have had a better experience and certainly will return again.

Highly recommend for any fans of seafood dishes. We enjoyed our coconut shrimp appetizer, my Wife enjoyed her "Chart Your Course" options with Steak and Shrimp, and the Chef's Special (Bronzed Mahi-Mahi with Crab Meat) which I had was excellent.
