I was so blown away by how amazing this doctors office is. It’s quiet, the staff was extremely friendly, and Dr. Beaulieu was one of the best doctors I’ve ever spoken to. She was knowledgeable, she listened, and she gave recommendations AND options for treatment. Not only that but nobody in the office ever made me feel rushed at any point and I feel like that’s a rare commodity these days.

I had a bad experience with billing. I was charged a new patient fee after transferring from another office.

I wrote a letter to Christ and got a responce from the Hospital CEO. We were able to resolve the issue. Would have been a 5 star if not for having to write the letter.

When we first went to the Cold Spring office, we were told that counseling sessions with Danni were available for free to patients at that office. When we brought our son, we were told the same thing, and when we decided to schedule some appointments for him to meet with her we asked again to verify and were again told that the sessions were no charge. He had four sessions with her between October and December of 2022, and no one asked us for any payment.

Then in October '23, I got a bill for $525 for those visits. I've literally been trying for months to get someone to talk to me about this bill and help me figure out why I'm being charged for services that I was told were free, but I can't make any progress. I've tried going through billing, but they just kept telling me that they were looking into it and never actually did anything, so then I called the Cold Spring office and left multiple messages for Debbie Grace, the office manager, but she won't call me back, so I'm at the end of my rope here and I'm not sure what else to do.

I just got a final notice that if I don't pay by 4/23 I'll get referred to collections.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Your costumer service is abysmal. I’m looking for a new doctor and would hesitate to ever go to Christ again.

Extremely dissatisfied with this office, overheard my information being discussed including name while I was in front office waiting to be checked in. I brought it up to them immediately letting them know I could hear them. It was acknowledged by both medical assistant’s and simply said sorry about that, really?? This would go against HIPPA. Unfortunate situation.
