When my previous agent passed I was moved to this office. Just like with any change I was hesitant at first. The office is in an excellent location, being centrally located near shops/restaurants making it an efficient location to stop in and pay bills when I am out and about. I was excited to see a familiar face with Ronda, who supported me at the previous office and continues to offer exceptional support and five star customer service. I am very pleased with my new agent and would recommend Matt and this office to anyone for their insurance needs.

Jalen has been great to work with. He has provided us home , auto, life, and personal property policies and he always makes sure we are taken care of. We have had two claims over the years and he helped us through all the steps and followed up with us through the entire process. The Alexandria office has been nothing short of an amazing experience for me and my family. Matts team he has there is a special group who takes care of there clients and figures out the best way to help! Jalen is the agent we work with and he always is extremely professional, helpful, and personable and I truly enjoy going in person even if it’s just for a simple payment! Definitely recommend Statefarm but particularly this office, couldn’t pay me to go find another insurance team!

Anyone can sell you a policy but you find out how good they are when you have to file a claim. Ronda listened to our needs and took great care of us during a very trying time. Greatly appreciate and highly recommend her and this office.

Jalen was a really charismatic and fun guy, he definitely made the process enjoyable. He also personally found my driver's license that I lost and handed it back to me in person while I was at work. Genuinely a great guy, he should be a model for what other employees want to be.

Jalen was absolutely amazing at helping me and my fiancé figure how to combine our home and auto insurance! He also helped me transfer my insurance from Georgia to Kentucky! He was so quick in getting back with us we got it all done within a day! He was very patient and explained everything so kindly! I would highly recommend him!

Spoke with Cassie Smith about car insurance and she was very informative, in fact we combined homeowners insurance and was able to save money and gain more coverage. It was well worth the conversation for me and I would recommend her to anyone.
