Walmart Pharmacy

This place is amazing! The pharmacists are great. They are top notch super friendly. Their personalities are through the roof. They will go above and beyond for everyone they come in contact with. The pharmacy techs are all great people. They all threat you like they are family. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. 💚🧡💙💜

Great Service. Always have the right medicines.

Me and my mother came in to get her prescription filled and they said 20 to 30 minutes well an hour and a half later still waiting. While a man that came in after us and was there for like 20 minutes got his filled and waited on. Poor service I tuink.

Arrived at 6:59. There was one customer in line ahead of me. They were waited on. When I came up in line the pharmacist looked at me and said sorry we are now closed. I pleaded that my prescription was ready and would just take a second. She just looked at me and shut down the window. Fortunately the medicine I was picking up was blood pressure medication and not some medicine for a sick child or other loved one. Wouldn't have mattered because the pharmacist never asked. If you have a choice in pharmacy to use I'd stay away from the Alexandria KY Walmart pharmacy.

If your hours are 9 to 7 m - f then do not post them as 9 to 9 on your google business listing ...having accurate pharmacy hours published online these days is important to say the least...especially given most scripts are sent over electronically so not like people can change their minds if needed. This is not a reflection on the people working at this pharmacy, whom ive always found to be helpful and professional.
