I just got a great deal on these AWESOME Millwaukee tools.
I love this place. I've been going here forever, love giving local owners my business. Great helpful employees small but has everything you need and your in and out quick.

Great place, great selection of tools. They always have plenty of whatever oddball hardware I happen to need. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. The lady at the front counter always greats you with a genuine greeting, even if she's ringing someone out. I definitely recommend Florence Hardware.

There's always nice and knowledgeable people working here ready to help you out. Ace hardware has never done me wrong, but Florence Hardware has more of everything, higher quality products, and certain things that nobody else has.

I love this store! Everyone is always nice and helpful. Stephen spent the better part of an hour today showing me their Benchmade knives. Answering every question I had and he never made me feel once that I was a burden or was annoying him. Fantastic summer service!

Big name stores didn't have what I needed and honestly didn't care when I asked. 5 minutes in Florence Hardware they asked what I needed, wasn't afraid to search, even in the "back". They found my sleeved anchors AND the quantity I needed. Customer service is awesome, they have just about everything a person could need for hardware. Unfortunately I did not have time to browse the store. I needed sleeved anchors and they found it. Will definitely return.

Store is bigger than it looks. At first glance it kinda seems like a little hole in the wall type of joint but inside definitely has more space than I expected. Organized. Has a black cat that walks around the store who's adorable. Good store experienc.

They have a wide variety of products and the employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I always love hardware stores like these! This one was no exception. I was pleasantly greeted at the door and approached by a few employees to see if I needed help. We even squeezed in a little small talk amongst us. It's 2 miles from my work and I'm happy I found it. I appreciate the being able to get in and get out quickly without the bustle.

Family owned, true hardware store. They have the most diverse assortment of screws, bolts, and hard to find items in the area. On top of that the service is outstanding. Always willing to help with fast, friendly service.

Love this place. I can always get hard to find specialty items. Including metric nuts and bolts of all sizes, o rings etc. I hope they can manage to stay open forever considering the big box hardware stores. Everyone should go here to contribute locally.

Support this local store. I stopped in today for the first time and received excellent customer service. I also get the impression these folks value freedom a lot more than any of the big corporate options that have destroyed untold thousands of small businesses.

I started wondering why I would go to Lowe's or Home Depot, when I have a nice hardware store close to home. I hadh been there a few times and always came away with what I needed.

Today I walked in with my reciprocal saw in hand. I needed someone to show me how to replace the saw blade. Carl stepped up and showed me how easy it is. (thank you so much, Carl- !) He also got replacement blades for the reciprocal saw AND my jigsaw that I asked for. He gave me some pointers on the project I'm working on as well as maintaining my saws.

I'm sure at some point I'll need to go to one of the other stores, but my first stop will be Florence Hardware. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

Love this store! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help me find whatever it is I'm looking for. They're also an authorized Case XX Knife Dealer which appeals to my collector habit. lol

I spent almost two hours going to Home Depot and Lowe's no one was helpful and they didn't have what I needed.

Just 5 feet in the Florence Hardware store and I got assistance . They had what I needed at a good price and I was out the door in 5 minutes.

Florence Hardware is the place to come when you are about out of answers. They have a seasoned staff of professionals that can help you out with most any project. The prices are fair. The store although not super large is full of diverse and useful products. When you grow tired of their big competitors with plenty of product and no one to advice you then stop by here and talk to folks that know! As Always, Enjoy!
