This salon is amazing. I know a lot of reviews say that about many different places but let me explain why I personally love Luxe.
The owners and employees are dedicated to making sure that clients are happy with the finished results of their work. They also strive to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything that goes into what they do in their work.
They offer multiple nail services including full set acrylic manicures, dip manicures, and traditional manicures and pedicures.
They have different nail lacquers ranging from traditional lacquer to gel or dip powder in all tones from matte to holographic. The wall of shade choices is MASSIVE.
I want to go in for the brow tinting; I have yet to try it. I'm eager to see what that experience will be like, however, I know the work ethic of this salon is basically, "if I'm not happy, they're not happy" so it's bound to be a pleasant experience all around.

Great service ! Loved my pedicure

I'm visiting from out of state for a funeral and found I had the time to have my nails done - so in searching for a place where I'd be most likely to make good use of that time, I came to Luxe Nails & Spa. Tommy was absolutely a gem! He took excellent care of me, my nails look fantastic and he never once tried to "milk" me for more money. Thanks so much for your time and stellar customer service, Tommy! 😘

Tried Luxe for the first time today for a much needed pedicure. Grandma did an excellent job! I had the Luxe Soa pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've had in a very long time. This place is AMAZING

Friendly people and great quality service! The people who work here were all very professional. I elected for the $35 deluxe pedicure and it was worth every penny! I would recommend this nail salon over many others within Saint Charles any time.

Worse place I have ever been to. We called and made an appointment for 4 people as my niece was getting married and this was our fun day before the event!. When we arrived only 2 employees working. They took 3 of us for pedicures and left the bride to be waiting to have nails put on. The pedicure lasted 10 minutes tops. We were charged $22.00 and didn't even receive a massage like the basic package included. 3 of us wanted acrylic nails and one wanted a manicure, which she received on the pedicure chair. The bride was finally asked to sit down to get her nails when 2 walk ins arrived. They left the bride sitting in the chair and assisted the ladies and started giving them pedicures. The bride walked out. I had just got my tips put on and told the owner that this was ridiculous as we had appointments and they needed to finish with us before starting on new customers. He proceeded to tell me he was taking care of us and we can take our business elsewhere. I told him if I didn't have tips on my nails I would walk out. He yelled at me for the next 15 minutes, which most of it I didn't understand as he cannot speak English. I unfortunately paid for my services and left, only to discover that there was more acrylic on my fingers and nail beds than on my nails. I went down the road and had to have my nails redone because of the terrible job they did. The nail technician stated she had never seen such an awful job like this before. I am reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General. Please DO NOT give your business to this place. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not care about repeat business.

Visited for my 1st time today for a deluxe pedicure. Older lady assisted me and she was amazing! Best dang massage I've had in a long time!!! I will be back!

My grandma and I just came to this salon and were seated right away. The pedicure looks awesome and my grandma was impressed with their service. My gel manicure was done in 20 minutes and also looks awesome. Very pleased

While I live on the other side of the river, my high-schooler had a game in St. Peters. So to avoid traffic, I headed over earlier than needed, figuring I'd pop in somewhere for a quick pedi. This place was AWESOME. Staff was super friendly, prices are extremely reasonable for 'fuller' services than many in my area. While it may not be 'correct' to say -- while they were obviously bi-lingual, it was refreshing to not have a language barrier or feel uncomfortable that you are being talked about. I was disappointed I didn't have time to get a matching mani -- as well as sad I don't live closer as this would definitely be my Go-To salon. Fun to see the staff interact with other customers, as it was obvious they build relationships with those that return often.

Now LUXE Nails, and it's wonderful. The people are sweet. Yes, there are not a lot of them as many places have. But they are good and very courteous. They have the schlack light that I love and don't seem to skimp on materials or time.
PLUS they take appointments and stick to them...LOVE THAT!

Wish I could add more stars! Have been going here for years!! Excellent customer service, very clean and ALWAYS do a great job. No matter if it's a pedi, a fill or any other service... this place is top notch!!
