Amy, the general manager, knows what customer service means! She helped me dig myself out of a hole of my own making, helping me real time and keeping me from burning a lot of gas! I did not ask for her to fix my problem. She offered almost as soon as we recognized I had sent my print job to the wrong location. I highly recommend her store and will take all my business her way! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!

I am very pleased and impressed with Corey working in the print department. He was very helpful when I had questions and even called me to give me an update on my order. Great customer service and I will definitely remember it next time I need to print something.

The customer service rep who assisted me with copies of my resume went above and beyond for me. The program was unable to download my resume format for printing and I thought I was going to have to go home and figure out what I could do - when the rep asked if I had an email with the resume attachment? When I discovered I did - I emailed to Office Depot and she was able to download and print the copies for me. I was very relieved because I needed the resume for an interview the following morning! Unfortunately I don't remember her name, maybe you can look it up? She deserves a "well done" for coming to the rescue for me and solving my problem for on the spot!

Joyce made my shopping experience very enjoyable at this store. Nice to see good employees still out there even though they are far and few in between.

Our back to school shopping experience was a breeze thanks to the employees working this store today! They all went above and beyond for us. Two gentlemen working the floor asked us if we need help finding anything several times and Joyce's customer service was exceptional. She spent the time trying to find us additional discounts and also asked what school my kids went to so they can give 5% back to the school. She also wrote up a card for us to use next time to find the school code easier. Great experience all the way around. Will be recommending this location and be back next year for back to school shopping. Thank you for making this experience a great one during a stressful time!

I don't live in this state you anymore, but I did come here to get my grandfather's obituaries printed. The lady at the print center, I think I may have been Christine, was very helpful and attentive. She helped me make sure that they were right and we are very pleased with the turnout. Great place always has everything I need

Had an urgent need for a print and the print center helped with getting it done as soon as possible. They helped us work through sizing issues and helped cut the final print down to size

I had a great experience at the Saint Peters Office Depot/Max. Zach, in printing, was amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I needed my items printed quickly, he did just that. Also, I wasn’t sure on size or quality so he worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the final product. I appreciate Zach and his excellent customer service.

I feel like the gentleman in the printing department could use some additional assistance. He was great, extremely helpful and knowledgeable but even while working with 2-3 customers at a time, couldn't catch up due to demand. All the while, 2 associates were at the main registers on their phones. Surely, even if the other associates had zero knowledge of printing, could have help ring customers out while he focused on the print duties.

Give that man a raise and acknowledge his work ethic!
