Paul was absolutely outstanding! I went into a Jeep dealership for my annual 120,000 mile checkup and got a quote for over $5,000 in repairs. This didn’t seem right to me. So I came to my trusted local Dobbs where Paul heard my me out and scheduled me for an inspection as a second opinion. Well it turns out I made the right call. Several of the very expensive items the jeep dealer quoted me did not need repair which means Paul saved me essentially $4,000. I’ve always trusted Dobbs and always will. Paul went above and beyond for me and for that I’m grateful.

They looked at my car at very short notice when I called up with a safety concern, which I greatly appreciate, especially considering it was pretty late on a Friday afternoon. April and Paul were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They even ended up charging me less than quoted. I hate dealing with car issues and I'm fairly new to the area, so it's a huge relief to have found someplace I'll be happy to go back to when I need to. Great service!

I was traveling and had a flat tire on the interstate. I had to spend the night since my donut tire would not get me home. After 3 tire companies, Dobbs made sure they got the tires I needed and sent me on my way. April in St. Charles was absolutely amazing! She knows more about cars than most men I know! My vehicle wasn’t starting - a battery jump got it running but it wouldn’t hold the charge. The Dobbs team quickly diagnosed the issue - fortunately just a dead battery and got to work right away.
Everything was reprogrammed and delivered back to me as expected in a timely manner.

I was only here for emission testing. Easily made an appointment to get this done. When I arrived the staff are very nice. They finished very quickly and I was on my way.

Great service, although part’s extremely high was charged 361.00 for a belt tensioner, O’ Riley’s goes for 186.00. same part number.

The gentlemen at Dobbs have always been quick, kind, and courteous. They have also always done their best to accommodate special requests like providing extra copies of receipts and tracking down hard to find replacement parts.

They were friendly and were expedient. I had planned to waste 1-1.5 hrs of my day off waiting on my car but they had me it was n and completed in 20 mins.
