I was recommended to Sparks from another shop, which I thought was a good sign right off the bat. I needed to get help with my German auto, and did not think it would be so hard to find one, but I was directed to Sparks and they were able to get my problem fixed. They also provided me with a loaner while my car was being worked on, which was very helpful to me. Some work is still needed, but for now everything works and runs great! Even took a trip to Chicago and had no issues at all. Will be returning for other automotive needs for sure.

This place is nice. When I walked in. It didn’t look like a typical auto shop. It was really nice. It felt upscale. Warm. The staff was awesome. Took care of my vehicle perfectly. Will definitely be back.

I was impressed with the way they inspected my truck for repairs. More thorough than I expected and the way it was delivered with photos. Nathan did an excellent job repairing my truck. I would highly recommend Sparks Tire and Auto for any repair work needed on diesel vehicles.

Sparks was recommended to us for their honesty and service so we decided to give it a try. Breaks/ rotors needed replacing and they were quick and efficient. I hope our cars stay out of the shop but it’s nice to know we have a place that will take care of us.

I had some damage to my car after hitting a curb at just the right angle to give myself a very bad day. I couldn't get my car home much less to a garage I considered local, and when I asked a friend who lived in the area where I should take it, I was told Sparks. I found them to be polite, detailed, efficient, and above all, the repairs were expertly done. I was very happy with the service I received. They came through for me in a pinch, and I greatly appreciate it.

I contacted Sparks from Iowa to help me with two tires on my son’s car. He popped his tires while driving on campus & was leaving for a hockey road trip for the weekend in less than an hour! My experience was 100% amazing. They took care of everything, communicated wonderfully & I was able to pay online or over the phone which ever I chose. I will definitely be using Sparks again for oil changes and any other vehicle needs!

I dropped ny car off in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. The guys in the office are super friendly and even gave me a lift home as they had my only mode of transportation. After my inspection report was received I was able to decide which services to continue with pressure free. After ny services were completed I was picked up again from my home and taken to my vehicle. After the transaction was completed I was presented with a couple of fresh baked cookies and sent on my way. Top notch service here!! I won't go anywhere else from here on out.

I had a really great experience with Sparks. After having issues with service I received at Ford, Sparks assured me they could help. They were so patient with me and all my questions even through the midst of my frustration. I will absolutely be back to them. They treated me honestly and with respect, and got my car fixed quickly.

It was the most amazing car care experience I've ever had!

We're about to renew a tag and realized we forgot emission inspection last minute, called about 10 places and Sparks Tire & Auto saved the day. They're first come first serve so I didn't need a reservation which I couldn't with get anywhere else.

Whole experience was pleasant since i made the initial call, staff on the phone was super courteous and friendly staff. Check in was easy, waited in their cleaned and attentive waiting area for 20 and I was all set. The super nice staff even gave me a homemade cookie goodie bag for my little!

This is hands down the most caring, friendly car care place!

Came in today for an emissions test, was out very quickly, the man at the front desk was very nice as well as the man who brought my car around. Great waiting room, very clean! The cookies were a bonus, delicious! Would recommend and will look into this place for future services!

I will say the only con I have here is price. I can say I don't know much about cars, but when I tell people the work I received and the cost they say I overpaid. However! I gave this place 5 stars because Jeff is very nice and super helpful! He has truly been wonderful. Their lobby is always clean and professional looking, not some typical mechanics lobby. I LOVE that they keep you very updated on the status of your car. Not only do I get texts, but you get a full report e-mailed to you WITH PICTURES! It's super detailed and very helpful for someone who doesn't know much about cars. Their customer service is the BEST! You can tell that their staff is like a family. I would call and get a quote from them, and if the price is okay, you will definitely be satisfied with their customer service! :)

Was recommended by family, since I'm new to area. They were professional and prompt. Informed of prices and what repairs were needed. Car was done quicker than I expected (yah!!) Very reasonably priced and got baked cookies. We'll recommend.

I don’t know where to start , I own a 2010 Ford 250 diesel . I had my vehicle towed to Sparks from another
Shop that claim do diesel work . So my truck arrived at Sparks and Greg the service manger called and told me it made in safely. When I say Greg kept me posted on everything that was going on with my truck . I was blown away when they sent a full report through a app with pictures the dealer don’t even do that . Greg and the team have my business forever. The place was so clean you can eat off the shop floor and not to mention the free cookies and soda lol love this place . Keep up the good work guys . And this is a real comment not paid to do reviews.

Sparks is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and talented mechanics!! Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable!!! Their marketing is outstanding with the coupons they offer! Always a plus! My daughter’s love receiving their coupon book you can purchase. ( buy one get one free) for Christmas stocking stuffers! Especially for the oil changes!

There was a very loud noise in my Blower motor and they were able to repair it in very short time. The Best Pricing, Best Service and with a COOKIE too! So great to have a Auto repair service that you can feel good about!
