I'm so incredibly grateful for the hotel staff. The morning staff went above and beyond to meet our needs when we had a 24 room block and needed to add another night last minute. The breakfast staff worked incredibly hard to keep food hot and fresh. The hotel staff worked
hard to keep everything clean!! The location was perfect for our needs. The only issue was the hot tub wasn't open but that wasn't a big deal! I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very clean hotel with great hot breakfast and wonderful staff. The manager was literally there all the time! Next to highway so you will hear car goes by, but conveniently located.

Liv was awesome, I have stayed at alot of hotels and Liv was by far the best. Housekeeping on the other hand was not good I asked for one of my rooms to be cleaned she said yes and left directly after that. Housekeeping should be checked before they can leave.

This hotel was moderately priced, almost the same as the "cheep" rooms at red roof, yet was EXTREMELY CLEAN, THEY HAD GREAT BREAKFAST, VERY NICE STAFF. The location was very easy to get to and the highway was right there, making it easy to get to wherever someone would need to be going right by highway 70. The pool was nice as well.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served by 2 of the sweetest ladies I know and I hope they both know how much they are appreciated. Only downfall of this hotel is a lady that works the front desk, her name is Zee! She is the most hateful disrespectful person I’ve ever met. She is so rude to anyone that disturbs her at the front desk. She walks off while being spoke to, she always has the most hateful tone in her voice, she doesn’t offer any kind of hospitality. Zee you need another job or some therapy or maybe some lessons in manners. This hotel would be absolutely perfect if she was removed!

I am a travel advisor from Memphis and I booked three rooms at this hotel last minute for myself and my family members to stay while we came to my Aunt's funeral services. As a well-seasoned advisor and traveler, I could not have been more pleased with my decision on booking this hotel for us.

From the staff at check-in, to the housekeeping staff having all three rooms (which speaks for itself in their work as a whole) spotless, welcoming & stocked with towels, to the included breakfast that was phenomenal (such a kind and talented lady in that kitchen every morning), to the time we checked out. This stay was 10/10 and I will be recommending this property in the future to my clients.

For my family to have stayed only one night we truly were blown away with all aspects of our experience here.

Hotel was inviting and clean. The dresser needed to be leveled. The drawers wouldnt stay closed. Staff was nice!

Stayed here one night for a basketball tournament. Didn't have any issues. Staff were great and the rooms were decent for what we paid. Would recommend staying here in the future. Not too far from some restaurants and really close to the Harley-Davidson store which was a plus for us.

Wow, what an Amazing Staff. Clean hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast. The staff was Super nice and very accommodating. It didn't matter which staff member you came in contact with they were all nice. Before me and my husband left I made sure I left a tip for everyone, even a lady that I saw constantly wiping down areas of the hotel and making sure she said good morning and how we were doing...yes...she got a tip also. There are a lot of things that I appreciate and that is Human Kindness. That's what we received during our two night stay...Human Kindness.

Well maintained rooms. Attentive staff.

Only stayed one night but the room was very clean. Beds super comfortable and the ac worked great. Small room but perfect for our quick overnight visit. Loved that my husband could check us in on his phone and use his phone as a key card. Was happy to see hot breakfast this morning! My son loved the muffins!

Super clean rooms, lots of towels, and the if you get a king bed you will not be disappointed, this might be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Shout out to Roschelle (sorry if I butchered that) for going above and beyond!

Very clean, inside and out. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast bar. This place is a really really great choice. The manager should be super proud of the staff for a job well done and for maintaining a great place.

There were also plenty of towels and cups in the room, something that I notice a lot of hotels seem to lack. Normally you have to ask for extra stuff like that.

Oh, bonus.... coffee available in the lobby around the clock.

The stay here was great the rooms were very clean. The service and the welcoming was awesome. I would like to say thank you to Kate and Joe who were friendly and made me feel like home away from home! They were sure to tell me…..if there’s anything I needed to be sure and let them know! You guys have the warm personalities it takes to make a difference in peoples stay.

This place was amazing. Great staff, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Pool an jacuzzi was amazing. Breakfast was delicious they had a great deal to offer. COFFEE!!!!!!! AMAZING. PRICING was pretty cheap for this amazing offfer... Highly recommend to everyone.

Great front desk staff!!! This was refreshing!!! The rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable! Good for the business traveler.

I was impressed that they made accommodations for the use of the pool and hot tub during COVID. I didn't use either, but the fact that they cared enough to develop a process for guests to use their facilities is an important indication of their dedication to service!!!

It’s not common that my wife and daughter come home with glowing reviews about their travel stays. Not that they are critical, just have found covid-era stays to be less than accommodating. They felt the stay at this hotel were EXUBERANTLY kind and hospitable. From the gentleman at the front desk to the lady greeting and taking care of diners at breakfast…. my family blown away by how hospitable everyone was throughout the stay. They said a gentleman nearly gave them full service at breakfast, getting them drink refills and taking used plates, etc. Really unexpected service. The rooms were reportedly clean, and that’s a good ,albeit rare, report as my family is hyper critical…. mostly due to a prior hotel bedbug incident. So, I know this review is getting long, but I wanted to say how much I appreciate the staff taking care of my girls. Since covid, hotels have far too often reduced services or accommodations due to “covid or staff issues” almost always at guest expense. Sometimes it’s almost laughable. This hotel is more than making up for that. We come to this side of the state 1-2 times a year for swimming meets and will definitely look to this Hampton again for future stays.

I stayed here with my sister. I liked the bathroom was hidden behind a full-length mirror. The room was stacked with extra towels.

Quiet area, we heard nothing from inside or outside the hotel, despite being right off I-70.

Hotel has some brochures for things around that you can do. They also have complimentary, infused water for guests. The nights I stayed, it was strawberry-lemon. You could really taste the strawberry in the water. And these were fresh strawberries and lemons sliced, then placed into the water for the flavor to infuse. Delicious.

I think I paid about $300 for two nights, which is about average. Had a great time and would stay here again.

My wife and I traveling with our daughter and grandchildren stayed at the Hampton Inn on June 17. The staff, especially Mary, were very helpful and friendly getting us settled into our room. After a long day on the road, having a friendly welcome was appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we took advantage of the amenities including the pool and breakfast and all were outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.
