Fleet Feet St. Charles

The woman I worked with, I believe her name was Kay, was very helpful, super nice, and very knowledgeable. The shoes I got, though a bit pricy as expected for good shoes, are super comfortable. I really liked the way they scanned my feet and could tell exactly what size of shoe and type of insoles I needed.

Dave helped us last weekend and he was so great with helping my daughter find the right shoes. She just started track and her feet and arch were hurting bad. He took his time to explain everything and to measure her size. He also explained the importance of the right socks (he was absolutely right, they make such a difference!)
We did have about a 35min+ waiting time but it's a busy season and it was a weekend. It's nice that they will message you when it's close to your turn so we just went to the store in the meantime.

I was recommended by my podiatrist to go to Fleet Feet and get a new pair of shoes. It was an excellent experience. I didn't have to wait long and the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone!

The young man( I can’t remember his name) who helped me was so personable and kind. I love that we talked about pride, kids and just life in general. He helped me find the perfect shoe and make some really good recommendations.

I went in thinking I was going to want hokas. I did in fact leave with hokas but also felt confident that was the right choice!

I was provided high quality service from the second I walked in the door and this is consistent every visit. My likes and dislikes in a running shoe were deeply considered when recommendations were provided. The level of knowledge of each shoe and the benefits of each was truly beneficial to my decision making. It was very impressive. I felt well taken care of and not rushed or pressured into sale. The light and fun side conversation was an added bonus! I also got information on upcoming races that related to our conversation. I appreciated the personal connection and thoughtfulness that goes into a Fleet Feet experience!

I had a great experience. I have been having some issues with foot pain. The sales person was very helpful selecting a shoe to address the issue. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet for help finding the right shoe.

My wife and I were out looking for shoes and Fleet Feet was recommended by another place. We walked in and they had a good selection of shoes and reasonable pricing. The staff was helpful as well. We both walked out with new shoes and will be heading back when we need another pair.

Nick was great with helping me get a new pair of running shoes. I had an idea of what I wanted before I came in. He helped me try those shoes on, but also took me through the fitting process and recommended I go up a size in shoe. To my surprise it fit much better and gave my toes a much better fit. I never felt pressured to buy anything and am very happy with the shoes I left with.

Great store! They ask questions about what you are going to be doing in your shoes. They have a 3-D scanner to scan your foot while walking. They have an amazing rewards program and a running club that is more about camaraderie with training thrown in!

Jordan was extremely professional and walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. She made the process easy and she was very friendly and nice to work with.

I went to Fleet Feet in St. Charles for the first time. They were very busy but put me on a wait list and were able to help me within 10 minutes. They were very helpful and I'm pretty sure I will only purchase athletic shoes from them going forward. Very good experience.

The fitting process revealed I needed shoes sized a bit differently than I would normally purchase without this new knowledge. I am very happy with the entire experience and enjoying the shoes and inserts.

Today was my first visit to a Fleet Feet store. My podiatrist recommended I get inserts for my problem feet and suggested going to Fleet Feet. The customer service was excellent. Matthew helped me and was personable, knowledgeable, and patient.

So at the advice of one of my good friends I finally decided to check this place out. I drive for Amazon so I am constantly on my feet all day running. It's about time that I finally found some shoes that matched my feet and I didn't even know what they were and Orlando at Fleet Feet certainly helped make that a reality. Dude was super awesome, mapped out my feet, told me some things about myself that I didn't know, ways to make my legs and my knees feel better. Ended up matching me with my perfect shoes and I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. I ended up choosing the ON Cloudstratus

Fast, friendly, and helpful workers. They have great product knowledge. The Hoka Bondi shoes they introduced me to make a huge difference - love them. I am on my 5th pair.

If I could give more stars I would. I came in and worked with Tim, he really went above and beyond to fit me, and made sure I had a few different excellent options to choose from. He also gave me the option to walk in them outside, and on the treadmill. It turns out that I've been wearing the wrong size shoe for over half of my life (I thought I was a 9.5, I really am a 8-9 Wide).

Tim was very friendly and held great conversation. I also purchased a pair of polarized "Goodr" sun glasses for only 25 bucks, which are freaking awesome. I see Fleet Feet being my go-to shoe spot for new walking shoes from now on, and will highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks again, Tim! Keep that great work ethic of yours.

Great experience at Fleet Feet. They asked a lot of questions regarding how much I ran, what type of running, and what surfaces. Tried on several shoes before making my purchase.

We are always greeted when we enter the store. Everyone is friendly, helpful & seem to enjoy their job. All in all it's always a pleasant experience to shop there.
