Sarah's on Central

Friendly greeting when I sat down in this cozy restaurant. First time at this place and I ordered the Central Plate, 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, 2 bacon strips or 2 sausage patties and 2 slices of toast. My order came out quickly and the food was hot. I ordered my eggs scrambled and I liked how they cooked them (see the picture), similar to an omelet. Not burnt or overcooked but very fluffy. The bacon has a smoked smell and taste. Forgive me for smelling the bacon but it smelled delicious. They cooked the potatoes perfectly, browned and not burnt. Rarely do I find this but they had blackberry jam, which I strongly prefer, as an option. Big serving of delicious food for a reasonable price. There’s plenty of street parking in front of the restaurant. I felt a little overlooked when the bartender helped with rolling silverware. Definitely will come back!

I had a really great experience here for lunch today. In full disclosure, we had planned to eat somewhere else but that place went out of business so we just popped in here. What a fortunate series of events. The waitress was really friendly and made us laugh. I had the fired chicken salad. You can see it came with a Parmesan crisp on the top that made it pretty unique. My friend said the burger was phenomenal-juicy and cooked to order. They had a wide variety of treats that looked amazing. I didn’t have any this visit but I get what everyone is raving about. Can’t wait to go back!!

Went after a hike at Don Robinson for lunch. Had about a 15 minute wait. Once we got our table our waitress was extremely attentive and gave the best suggestions. It was the last day for The King Mary and the Shrimp Po' Boy that we had but we will definitely be back to try the regular menu and upcoming specials.

First time for brunch! Yum!! Stuffed French toast and boozy expresso flight, delicious! Glad we called ahead for seating, definitely a popular place on Sunday mornings!

Absolutely love this place! The chef is absolutely amazing! Food is always delicious!!! The bloody Mary they have called the Mayor. Is to die for!! It's a meal itself!! Lots of yummy desserts to choose from as well!! Also tried the boozy coffee and I believe it was a lavender martini with sugar crystals around the rim - both were amazing and would order again! Beautiful presentation by Sarah the bartender!!

I've only been here for breakfast during the week. I believe they have breakfast during the week Wed-Fri. Sarah's has a rustic decor but they also decorate with the holidays which makes this place charming. I've ordered their Quiche and Avocado Toast. Both tasted fantastic and were large servings. I usually order their iced coffee. They really give you more coffee than ice unlike places like Starbucks.

I've heard they have great cocktails so I definitely plan on stopping by for a margarita.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Only great experiences here! A very farm-to-table vibe which I appreciate.

So delicious! Brunch is definitely something to do at Sarah's! Parking is right on the street. I would recommend reservations because the restaurant was full. It is also the local brunch spot, so a lot of families were waiting to get a table. The bennies are phenomenal and the gooey cake was to die for! Hands down the best spot around town!

I had the pleasure of eating at this fine establishment! It was small, cozy, nicely decorated, and welcoming.

I ordered the Belgium waffle with bacon and a side order of scrambled eggs. I also enjoyed a chai latte with oat milk and a lemoncello tiramisu to go. EVERYTHING was AMAZINGLY delicious!!! Although my meal was simple, my waffle was light and good with/without syrup! On the plus side, my eggs came already seasoned. My dessert was packaged and maintained an hour and a half ride home. It was was really really good as well!!!

I enjoyed the food, the service, and the establishment…. I wish this place were closer to home because I will definitely take that hour + drive to visit again!!!

I first had Sarah’s when they had their cupcakes from their food truck over 10 years ago. The owners are lovely people!! I was so excited when I found out about this location in the heart of downtown Eureka! Their desserts are amazing which is expected! They have a range of desserts from seasonal cupcakes, cake pops and balls, bread pudding, seasonal gooey butters, macarons to breakfast items like gigantic cinnamon rolls. Their breakfast food is always delicious with a variety of options from classics to healthy, and a nice big list of cocktails including a loaded Bloody Mary that can be shared with your whole table. The chicken and waffles is one of my favorite dishes! And after breakfast, you can walk off your meal in the lovely downtown Eureka. Great location, great atmosphere, and great food!

Surpassed any expectations! Had the quiche and was amazed. Best tasting quiche I have ever had. Great staff. Very cute and clean interior.

We love Sarah's and drop in often. They usually have gluten-free bread and treats for those who are gluten-conscious. Salads, sandwiches, soups, and lots of yummy treats so leave room for dessert. Great atmosphere without being stuffy and warm, welcoming staff.

Free parking out front. Easy to find. Cute shops within walking distance.

ETA: since my last review they now serve dinner and alcohol.

Had breakfast on our way back home. The Bloody Mary was really good, the food was good, and the service was good also. I believe his name was Ryan, he was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We were drawn here because of a picture I saw of the "Mayor" Bloody Mary. We took the 30 minute drive because Bloody Mary's are my achilles heal and I had to try it. This is a really nice, small establishment that oozes the smell of bacon, syrup and cupcakes upon entry which immediately put us in a mouth watering trance. We were greeted by a very friendly and lovely bar tender, Hannah (I hope that's how it's spelled) and she, my wife and me clicked and chatted up a storm for a bit. I did order the Bloody Mary I was so longing for and wifey got her little margarita to accompany her soft scrambled eggs, bacon, taters and toast. I opted to just eat th mountain of edibles that were piled atop this cocktail. The shrimp were delicious! Seasoned and cooked perfectly and was accompanied by, well, look at the pic, it had all 4 food groups and was super healthy considering it's basically a glass of tomato juice with really good vodka that's made from what? Potatoes or wheat, right? And those are healthy foods, no? Anyway, the creme de la creme is that not only was our awesome bartenders name Hanna, the young lady who helped me get a cupcake and snickerdoodle ball's name is Montana. So, not only can you get a fantastic drink and food, you can get service from Hanna, Montana or one of the other servers who, I really hope, are named Dolly and Parton! Can't wait to get back for another visit!

Flight of martini’s is so amazing and they have the best hamburgers ever.

The service was good, I loved the options, and the food was great. I had the blackened salmon tacos (a special not on the menu). They were really tasty, if a little salty for my taste, and the french fries were really well made. Loved that they had pickled red onions! Perfect french fries are hard to come by and I will judge you by them. These more than passed my tests 😁

We have gone a few times for brunch and the food is always 10/10. I love that they do mocktails! They also offer bakery goods and they are AMAZING!! Definitely Recommend!!
