Mitch was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to my issues with Gateway Buick GMC a few years ago. Because of his expertise, he is my go-to consumer law attorney and I recommend him to anyone I hear of who is searching for a consumer oriented attorney.

They want to charge me $150 for a consultation. 🤣
I guess they don't think people are smart enough to know such things are free with pretty much anyone else. Anyone worth even so much as a penny. Don't let them take your money. Either it's a shady practice in general, or they wanted to take money to tell me I didn't have a case in their opinion. Somebody else thought I did do and they didn't charge me nothing to tell me as much. I mean yeah I'll pay once I get my settlement but that tends to be the way things worked in this industry.

I emailed him a very detailed description of my situation. He replied and mentioned that he normally doesn't take cases in Illinois, but that he would this time since it was a big dealership & he felt it could be worth it for himself. He also explained his fees, and gave a hypothetical outcome if we were to win, and if we were to lose. I was given the impression that he had read my email in its entirety, and had agreed that I had a case. I finally had felt hope. He was leaving town, so I had to make last minute arrangements for my 5 kids, get them all taken care of, then drive all the way to his office. All of this so that I could REPEAT my situation to him, and then for him to tell me to "write a letter". He offered to write the letter for me for $500! No thanks! He insisted on informing me of his winning streak & continued on with his ego, only then to charge me $100 for "his advice" and a manila folder! If you've been screwed as a consumer, don't go to this guy to only get screwed twice! I left in tears! Because I am a single mom of 5, and I was sincerely trying to scrape together enough money to get a car for my son when the dealership did not hold up their end of a contractual agreement. Then to have this douche waste my time with the hopes of helping me, only to scam me out of my last $100! For NOTHING! And the kicker is, I left a review regarding my experience on Google for the dealership, they saw it, and contacted me immediately & apologized, then corrected the problem! He's worse than the people he claims to be going after!

Very rude demeanor. Would not trust this guy being my respectable lawyer.
