This company is great. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. I ordered a hard-to-find cabinet that was exactly what I needed, so I was happy to wait for the item (COVID delays) once I found it at Goedeker's. They provided regular shipping updates while I waited so I knew the item was still on it's way. After the wait, the item arrived but was damaged in shipping. I was anxious about what kind of service I would receive to remedy the situation, so I was extremely happy to find out that working with Tim at Goedeker's was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He followed up with us and took care of the problem with little effort on our part and we had the replacement cabinet within a couple of weeks.

I read all the negative reviews, and the few positive reviews, and decided to take a chance on Goedeker’s because their prices were so much better than anywhere local. We were doing a kitchen renovation and went with new Whirlpool fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Their prices were about 800$ cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot, and because we live in Jersey, we didn’t have to pay sales tax, another huge plus. Now, I read reviews ahead of time and knew that the average delivery time for Goedeker's is 1 month from order placement. Being as we didn’t need the appliances right away, that wasn’t an issue for us. If you need a replacement appliance ASAP, look elsewhere. After I placed my order, I called weekly for updates on my order and to stay on top of delivery. I worked with Sharon and Alyssia from customer service and both were helpful with updates and making sure my order was moving smoothly through the warehouse to shipping. My appliances were ordered June 7th and were delivered July 16th, 5 weeks total to receive my appliances, but to be fair, they were ready for delivery July 8th, but I was on vacation and had to reschedule. Now, I’ve read some horror stories about AM trucking, the free delivery service of Goedeker’s, but my experience was satisfactory. I had my contractor doing the hook up of my appliances, so the delivery guys simply brought everything into the room of my choice and let me unbox everything to look for damage (the most nerve-racking part). All appliances were packaged well and there was no visable damage to any of the appliances. Now, everything has been hooked up and installed and is working well (see pictures below). As an added bonus, during the order waiting period, I noticed the appliance prices had been lowered on Goedeker’s website since I had originally placed my order. I called and Goedeker’s offered me a 1-time price match. They refunded me 100$ in price match. I was very impressed with this. I don’t know if I just got lucky, but my experience with Goedeker’s and their shipping service AM Trucking was completely positive and I would consider ordering from them again knowing the caveats that there will be a 1 month wait time, and the buyer has to make sure to look over all items during delivery before they sign and accept them.

I ordered a stove from overseas, it took some time to get here, and when it arrived I was missing the back and had a few other concerns. Of course m, I was not happy, however I had a wonderful customer service representative, Brittany who really assisted me in every way.
I was so happy with her Attentiveness, we ordered another appliance through them.

I just made my second purchases of a Bosch Benchmark double wall oven at the very end of March. The first purchase was of a Samsung stove that was about 30% less than the closest price that included shipping and no tax back in 2015. It came in perfect shape no problems. It did take awhile to get, 30 days approximately. Which I knew from people’s reviews and was fine with. So back to the Bosch double wall ovens, it took 6 weeks to be delivered due to being back ordered during this Covid-19 pandemic. There could have been more communication from Goedekers but I called and was able to get updates. The ovens arrived in perfect shape and the delivery company did a good job of being careful taking the old ones out and installing the new ones. I preppEd the old ovens ( pulled the breakers and disconnected them. The price was the same as other stores for these Ovens,but there was no sales tax and free install and free shipping. So it was a substantial savings. I have had a good experience with this company.

Great price compared to competitors, free shipping, arrived on time, safely. Packaging was superb, designed to avoid damage during shipping. Assembly was a snap, keyboard drawer was pre-installed. We simply attached the legs with the hardware that was provided and viola! Desk quality is superb, better than the photos depict. Solid with a beautiful veneer design in the desk top itself. Very rich, and a perfect addition to any traditional space.

I contacted their customer service line to confirm the availability of a fridge as many other stores do not have the products physically in stock. The agent was very pleasant to speak with and quickly confirmed that the product I was seeking was indeed in stock. I asked about price match and they assisted in verifying if the price match would be accepted. Once complete they assisted in completing the order and gave me all necessary information. All in all my call was less than 10 minutes and was as painless as ordering via their website but with the nice touch of a live person. I would gladly purchase from Goedeker's again.

We received wonderful assistance two different times from Goedeker’s. The first call was last month when I got answers from the sales Dept. to all if my product questions, and most recently, from Lisa in customer service. Both Goedeker’s customer service & sales department agents have both been exceptional in terms of answering all of our questions with much patience and very clear knowledge of all the details involving the product itself and shipping details! We’re so grateful we’ve gone through Goedeker’s to get our new oven!
The Customer service representative who assisted us was Lisa, who spent a great deal of time going over the details of shipping and delivery with us. She had extensive knowledge and spoke with their local Whirlpool rep, to help us to understand what they know of the timing details about shipping, Then took more time to discuss details about timing and special delivery of our product. The Goedeker sales rep we spoke with was Brandon, along with a woman who took our initial call in the customer service department before connecting us to the sales department. We are very grateful for the initial information from customer service, and then we really appreciated Brandon being so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all of our questions and concerns related to our new oven purchase. We gained a better understanding of the product we decided to purchase, after a lot of valuable explanations and detailed information about the choices we had and which product would best to meet our needs. We feel like we are in very good hands with Goedeker’s and are so grateful to be able to order our oven from them! Thank you, Goedeker’s, & especially customer service rep Lisa and sales agent Brandon, for all the time and attention they gave us with every single question and concern we had!

Goedeker's customer service have been great, even during the Covid-19 pandemic, while some other companies, in the same business, did not have customer service available. Not only that, but I got regular updates as to the status of my order via email.

When I wanted to cancel my order, it was a no hassle situation. It was done immediately! With email confirmation while the rep. was still on the prone, and I got my refund within the time-frame expressed.

Lastly, even though I did not get the product I had ordered because of third party (the manufacturer) I was very pleased with their service, including, the representative's manner.

Sales representative Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been very prompt at responding to my emails and has been communicating with me even after the transaction. Knowing I'm in a rush to receive the hood insert, he has been updating me on the various shipping stages with his warehouse. I'm looking forward to receiving my new hood insert in a couple weeks and will update my review then. So far so good though. I also purchased the 5 year service plan as it suppose to protect against surges and lemons. If all goes well, i should be shopping with Goedeker's again.

On August 6, 2021, I made a spontaneous call to your company to discuss a kitchen appliance I had been studying for over a year.

My sales rep answered all my question and added his own thoughts about the Whirlpool, 12.7 cubic foot, counter depth bottom freezer/refrigerator that’s energy star rated. I decided to buy it there and then.

I will say the shipping took longer than expected and on the delivery day I was expecting a call an hour before the arrival time. I got a text, which I didn’t hear but arrived on the site 38 minutes after the delivery text. I called, they charged an additional $75 to bring the item back. Then hurricane Ida hit and everything slowed to a crawl. A couple weeks later a big truck pulled up and brought my appliance into the house.

Removing the packaging was time consuming but once completed the thing looked like a tall, sleek, stone cold and quiet stainless steel monolith.

It runs great, keeps food fresh and every time I open it the thing beams with light. I am very, very happy with this purchase.

We placed an order 3.5 months ago for two refrigerators and three dishwashers. We received an email on 12/5 that the order was delivered to the “shipper” and we should receive directly. On 1/12 we sent Goedeker’s an email inquiring about our order as we still had not received it. A customer service representative sent us an email back, something to the effect “thanks for reaching out. I will be in touch shortly. Really? How is that helpful to the customer. Today, I reached out via telephone and reached a girl that was so professional and helpful. She placed me on hold and contacted the shipper immediately and requested the order be expedited. I feel too often people take the time to complain when service is poor (like I just did), but don’t take time to reward positive behavior. This girl was an asset to this organization. I will come back to update if I do not receive my merchandise early next week as promised. Five days later I am updating this review. I have made 2 attempts to reach back out to customer service once I was on hold 40 minutes and then 35 minutes no one ever picked up. I emailed and requested escalation got an email back that they had emailed carrier and to be patient. I’m beside myself can’t get occupancy until these items are installed in home. Goedeker’s has had over $5k of our money for 5 months and I still don’t have my items. It’s like they got them to shipper and then dumped the customer. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t use this company! Another update: I tried all day yesterday and this morning started again to contact these people...can’t reach anyone on the phone and no follow up on email. 1/28/21 update. I left (another) message and requested a call back. Lisa (who has been with the company for 11 years) called me back, worked through entire scenario, sent emails to the powers that be at AM Home. She said she would call back when she got answer. 15 minutes later she called back and said they are setting the schedule to deliver Tuesday or Wednesday. IF YOU GET LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET LISA, you are GOLDEN! She’s a remarkable lady!

I called about an issue with my order. While I waited about 10 minutes on hold, I got the most wonderful company rep ever who listened to my issue and took down the notes and offered me options and explained how resolution might work. I will follow up on my request to see if we can arrive to a resolution of my issue.

Update ultimately, Goedeker's could not resolve my issue, after multiple contacts, so I've contacted the Bosch, and Bosch sent me the missing range piece that Goedeker could not. I'm still keeping 5 stars because appliance price was amazing.

Hi, I would like to say what and excellent service experience I had with your associate Jodi. I placed an order five months ago and have not received my product. I call in every three weeks and a different associate checks on my order and advises they will get back to me with information - they never do. I was ready to cancel the order when I called this time and luckily spoke with Jodi. She reviewed all past information and advised she would check in to it right away and get back to me with an answer. Not only did she call me back with answers but advised the status of the where the product was. It was a pleasure dealing with her and she saved me as a future client.

I called in to order an additional piece to my sectional and met Annette. A wonderful sales representative who was willing to help me every step of the way. She was kind and took her time in researching what I needed. I had called in previously and gotten 2 other representatives who told me what I was requesting was not possible and could not be ordered. I was frustrated because they didn’t even take the time to research. All they wanted was to move onto the next call so that they can finish the day. Annette was the complete opposite and took her time to help and spoke with whoever she needed to speak with to help me to the best of her abilities. From now on every time I need something I always request her. She has the best attitude and willingness to take care of her customers.

The electric range arrived safely. The delivery company AM Transportation was very efficient with excellent communication. Goedeker stated when I purchased the item online that they expect more than four week delay. It was about five weeks which was fine. I was able to monitor the process on my account page on their website. The price was very competitive. I’m quite happy with this purchase.

Many many thanks to Roy, a patient and very helpful customer service representative. There was some confusion, mostly caused by me, regarding an order I placed back in early April. Roy took the time to help sort out the issues with this order and, hopefully, all is straightened out. He provided excellent customer service in a very polite and pleasant manner. He also explained the factors that have caused the delay in relation to my order and, in general, in relation to the world-wide situation with supplies and the supply chain. Customer service rep was extremely helpful and considerate. He was quick to answer questions with accuracy. Goedeker had the best price for my chosen washer of any site and only location that had this in stock which avoided a six week delay in shipping. While the cost for in home delivery to me is steep (my local hardware store charges $10 for delivery and installation, this is nothing the rep can influence. I will have to wait for unit to arrive before being able to see how the remainder of this transaction goes but so far, all is quite well. Thank you.

First off I want to say I was a little concerned when I first read some of the reviews, but I have been pleasantly surprised by Goedeker's. I got a very good price on a wall oven from them. However, as with many things right now it was backordered from the manufacturer. Estimated ship date was about 3 weeks out. The ship date eventually came and went and I thought to myself well now it starts. All those bad reviews were right. I contacted customer service via chat and they were responsive and helpful. Told me my item was delayed and gave me a new ship date (about 5 days after the original). I decided to take a chance and not cancel and order from someplace else. Needed it before Thanksgiving and time was starting to run short. I fully expected that the revised ship date would also come and go and the item would not be shipped, but I was wrong. It shipped when they said it would. And not only that it was delivered MUCH faster than I thought it would be. Shipping company contacted me immediately upon shipping to setup a delivery time. Oven shipped Wednesday and was delivered 650 miles away on Friday. Oven arrived without issue and works great. Goedeker's saved me about $700, so I am very pleased.

Great Job Goedekers! Today is June 27 2022. About a month ago, I places an order for a Samsung single wall oven from Goedekers to fit in my kitchen. Nathan Bent helped me. After I made the order, I saw some negative reviews and called Nathan. He acknowledged some problems during the pandemic. He mentioned they just hope for better reviews now. This is MY better review. Our oven was expected about the 4th week of June, about three weeks after the order. That was a full month before the big box competition would have given me an arrival date. The oven actually arrived about a week EARLY, in perfect condition. Thank you, Nathan; you were very friendly and helpful, and thank you Goedakers. The oven has baked cakes and cookies and cooked other fun stuff. It is great!
