We had a very hard and unique printing project we needed done for a job we were getting ready to start and they did fantastic at meeting all of our needs! They went out of their way to get it done quickly and for the best price. It was a huge poster that had to be printed and attached to a large wood post, that they offered to go by for us at Lowes!! I work for a large cooperation here in Saint Louis and we often have the need for custom shirts for events we host. Ever since our first interaction we have been hooked! The guys there are very professional and courteous. No matter how large, small or complex our order is, they always accommodate and the execution is flawless.

Most recently, we had a small order (20+ polo shirts that needed to be embroidered) and shipped to Dallas quickly. I was able to come in to the shop and receive a consultation on what would be the best option. It got even better from there - they let me fire up my PC and put my boss on speaker so that we could quickly make a decision to cut down on back and forth email communication.

The shirts were finished on time and they even tagged the shirts with each recipients name while packaging. I received statuses along the way and they never make a decision without looping me in.

They do a great job. Anytime I have needed emergency T-shirts done where we need for an event or truly emergency services for temp employees they have gotten them done for us in less the 24 hours. They are the best and I would highly recommend them for any job big or small.

Instant Imprints of St. Charles and the owner, Jay, did fantastic work on embroidering quality logos on our winter stocking caps and sweaters for annual golf tournament. All the employees were great to work with, listened to our specific needs, and were focused on producing quality work. My wife also used them for laminating and printing to produce a children's book. I highly recommend this company.

We have purchased from and used printing services from Instant Imprints for several years. Quality of their merchandise is great, their personnel are consistently very nice, and they offer the personal touch by remembering when we visit their store or phone in an order. What more can be expected? Oh, of course, their prices either meet or beat competitors.

I am so incredibly impressed with Jay the owner. I stopped in yesterday and asked if he could help make me a gift for a 16 year old and it was his birthday and he just started a lawn mowing company. I could tell they were busy in the back. He came up front and I asked if it was possible to get today it was about 1:45 pm in the afternoon. He helped me pick out a shirt that was a lime green so he could be seen while mowing and getting in and out of his vehicle. I showed him his lawn care sign and he put his name on the front in the left hand corner and then his name and phone number on the back, took a picture of the sign so he could get as close to the font as possible. He said they close at 4 and he would do his best to get it done for me. He called me 3:15 and said the shirt was ready. I picked it up and it was more than I could of hoped for. I thank them and left to deliver the shirt. It made this 16 year olds day, to have his own business on a shirt.
