I can't say enough good things about Naked Boot, or the girls that work there! I have 2 pairs of boots from there, and can't wait to get more. They are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn (not kidding), and the style is killer. They are most definitely worth the price because you will wear them constantly!! Definitely go in and check them out. Their store is so cute and you won't want to leave!!

I absolutely love my Naked Boot shoes! They are great quality leather at a great price. People have stopped me at work to ask where I got my shoes because they love them so much. Every time I have been in the store they are extremely helpful in finding the perfect pair of shoes just for me. In addition, the store is adorable. I have flats and booties and both are exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend Naked Boot and Shoe because there is truly a style for everyone!!

My girlfriend, who owns numerous pairs of their shoes, got me a pair for my birthday and I have never worn shoes so comfortable in my life. I'm a guy with a simple taste of shoes but since getting my first pair of naked boot and shoes (and receiving many compliments on them) I had to go back and get a second pair. When I went for my second pair the sales associate, kelly, who assisted me could not of been more helpful. I was very impressed with the customer service and how she was able to help me get exactly what I needed. I have some other friends who have bought their shoes and are just as impressed with the comfort, quality, and great customer service. I will be back!

This is the best shoe store!! I own multiple pairs of shoes from here — sandals and boots and they are absolutely the most comfortable leather shoes I own. The leather is so soft and fits so well. The prices are also great for such high quality!! Customer service is very friendly and helpful!

I now own 2 pairs, one pair of sandals for warm weather and a gorgeous pair of black booties! I am obsessed. I will definitely be purchasing more. The store is adorable, the quality of shoe is amazing. Definitely worth going out of your way to check them out!

I love NBS! The customer service is amazing and they care about the quality of your experience as well as the product. The way they interact with customers is amazing. They engage in a way that makes you truly feel like they care about you and how you’re feeling in your Naked Boots. When I have any out of town guests- this is the first stop I take them to on my shopping tour.

Naked Boot and Shoe has a wide selection of original designed boots, with styles to fit anyone. I own one pair, but looking to own a second soon! Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, and will be back soon.

I have absolutely loved my experience with NBS! Kelly has been nothing but helpful on the multiple occasions I’ve been by the store as well as via social media with any questions I’ve had. The boots are beyond comfortable and I keep coming back for more.

Interesting place, with unique shoe and boot designs. We purchased two pairs and are very happy with them.

I live in the area and finally had a moment to stop by this store while strolling through the neighborhood with my 3month old. I stepped into the store and the sales associate was at the back of the store with a customer, who appeared to be more of a friend based on their conversation. The associate briefly said hello, but did NOT make an eye contact with me neither she said that she would be right with me. I strolled thru the store looking at the beatiful leather shoes, hoping that the associate would acknowledge my presence and ask me if I need any help or if I have been to this store before or if I had any questions. I got nothing from her. All she did was chatting with the customer about her past purchases at the store and that the customer was lucky that she they had a pair of shoes of her size. I was slowly making a round through the store giving another chance for her to assist me. But I got nothing, just a good bye when I opened the door to leave the store.
I was very surprised to experience a "pretty woman" moment in 21 century at the boutique neighborhood store. I trully believe that the young lady judged me by the clothes I wore and that I had a stroller with me. I wasn't a typical customer and therefore she didn't bother to give me any attention. Or perhaps she is a bad sales person who only can handle 1 customer at the time. In any case it is bad for the business. And that is why I gave 1 star. I have never experienced a customer service like this before.
As for the products, unfortunately I didn't get to try any of the shoes, so I don't know how comfortable they are. But shoes do look great. I wouldnt mind to own a pair or two. But my money will go to some other retailer, who values their customers of any backgrounds.

While the concept is great the service, is pitiful. Three people working who hardly greeted us and we asked for a size they didn’t have it, (which come to find out they had online) all we got was an explanation of how they don’t get many small sizes because not many people have small feet, we didn’t get offered to have them order the proper size. Then we call back (they answered the second call) and ask if they can order it to save the shipping cost, only to be asked if I knew the name of the shoe.... who actually knows what the name of their shoes are, please look down and name the shoes you have on.
