The Country Club Bar and Grill

Great food with a neighborhood bar atmosphere at a reasonable cost. Best steak and tuna steak sandwiches in St Louis. Michele can make you any cocktail you desire (a rare thing these days). Highly recommended!

This is a newfound gem for us. The bar has a very cozy and intimate ambiance with a large fireplace in the middle of the dining area. The Patio is far enough away from the street and nestled in a nicer shopping center with vibrant landscaping. The beer selection is beyond satisfactory and the wine pours are generous. If you are looking for a burger, you will not be disappointed. The fries are top notch and the broccoli is flavorful while not being soaked in butter.

By chance my wife and I stopped by for dinner. We were more than pleasantly surprised! The place was warm and cozy and busy. We were seated quickly and our waitress was there right away. We placed our orders and our food came in the blink of an eye. The food was great and the portions were large. If you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed! Try the fish and chips and the nachos!

Nice little dive bar. Server was friendly and took care of our large group. They also had a guy playing guitar for an hour or two on Saturday evening. The place was busy when we arrived around 8:45, but seemed to clear out somewhat quickly by 9:15.

Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and good food it's hard to ask for much more during lunch. If you are in the area this is a hidden gem you should definitely check out.

5/29/19 update: Let's go Blues Burger..... this thing needs to make it's way onto the menu permanently. Great flavors! Perfectly cooked and a great presentation. Plus the cheese melts off the burger and onto your fries. I personally love cheese fries. All in all - Damn! Great burger.

Wow, great place, simple menu, fair prices, fast service, and nice people. The food was high quality and cooked perfectly. I had a Ceasars salad that was very fresh and one of the best I've had in a long time. I also had a small filet mignon with a mushroom reduction that was fantastic. This is going to be my go-to place for a quick, delicious meal when I want quality at a fair price and no frills. I love restaurants with small menus where each item is done right. You can't beat quality, performance, and service.

I can't say enough about The Country Club. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. It's a comfortable, cozy atmosphere that is welcoming for all types... from gathering around the fireplace in the fall or an evening on the patio for a quick lunch with coworkers, happy hour or even date night...you can't go wrong.

Service is always attentive and timely. Cocktails are delicious and they have a great selection of bottled and draught beer.

I ordered the double smash burger and my wife ordered the fish tacos. Best in St. Louis
We were pleasantly surprised to hear the bread used in house was from a local bakery, Vitale's. It's neat to see local family owned businesses working together.

I will be back, I would recommend The Country Club and I look forward to supporting local.

I did an online order and it was ready within 10 mins. Went to pick it up & the person who gave me my order was very nice and kind. The food was delicious. Definitely recommended this restaurant.

Not a good place for 1 person. They want 2 or more, and make reservations. The food is EXCELLENT!

Beautiful lunch spot hidden on the back end of the strip mall. I work around the corner and never realized this place was here. Enjoyed great service on their patio seating on a great weather day. Inside gave me a nice relaxed bar feel. Enjoyed their New york strip sandwich. And i will be returning for that sandwich again, even if it's to go. My wife enjoyed the salmon club sandwich, which was also delicious.

Established local eat and drinks with a local vibe. Great service and food. Think more uoscale.dood.in a relaxed warm.inviting space. Var seating, tables, hightop tables and outdoor dining on the patio.

Really loved this place. Hadn't been back in years! Super cozy and really good food with great beers on tap. It was a great find, especially a desert of pubs in the West County area.

For a “bar” it’s very nice food is always good and the beer is cold . Good selection . Definitely a step above bar food

A friendly neighborhood bar and grill. I definitely enjoyed the patio! Good food, good beer, good friends, and good times. Come early and stay late.

Food and service was excellent! Understand wanting to fit as many tables as possible in but it was a labyrinth to get out of my table and to the restroom. I had the fish and chips and the tartar sauce was perfect.
