Have been with State Farm for over 20 years, moved to Eureka and was looking for someone local to work with. Kelly Ruby and her team have been awesome, came highly recommended from tons of people and I am now one of them that would recommend. Communication with there office staff is always friendly and helpful, she combed through all our policies and explained some things we might be missing. If you need an insurance agent that’s more than just an insurance agent, Kelly and her team is who you want on your side.

Why am I a dedicted Kelly Ruby State Farm client? Sure, the rates are always competitive. (Yes, I know nearly everyone, everywhere is experiencing increased rates. What I look for is value over time.) And sure, State Farm is the most fiscally fit major carrier in the U.S. But the real reason is because of the personal service and attention I receive. When I have a question or concern, instead of filling out an online form or calling an 800 number, I can actually call or email my agent, Kelly Ruby. And she picks up the phone or emails me back!! Who knew? LOL. Not that I do, but I WOULD pay extra for that kind of service.
