Wow! I cant say enough about Jeff and Darla. I drove 50 miles to pick up some cloth to recover an old bumper pool table. I was a little apprehensive about tackling this project on my own but without hesitation Jeff walked me through the entire process. He showed me all kinds of tips and tricks and to make it work better. I was shocked how much help he offered. After I left, my son said “dad, that guy knows his stuff! And he’s nice too! 😜”. I can’t imagine what better service would look like. And I got a great deal on two used sticks! Go see Jeff and Darla, you won’t be let down

The staff is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect pool table for my space. Darla and Jeff didn't pressure me at all, just gave honest advice and helpful pointers. They clearly have a passion for the game, which made the whole process a joy. They helped me find the perfect AE Schmidt table, a stunner in fantastic condition for a fair price.

Their communication was excellent, answering any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. When the table arrived, they set everything up perfectly and gave guidance on maintenance.

All in all, Franklin County Billiards exceeded my expectations and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

We hired Franklin Billiard Company to "swap" out pool tables between the home we just bought and the one that was at another location and they did an excellent job. They were kind, professional, transparent about pricing, and very knowledgeable. They kept us in the loop throughout the day (it was an all day job) and asked when they had questions. We liked them so much we are going to take a trip down to their store and look around. We are truly thankful for them making this so easy.

We made the mistake of not calling Franklin Billiards first to move a table we purchased on Facebook Marketplace. After dealing with the run arounds of the company (if you want to call them that) we did get to move the table for nearly 4 weeks we finally gave up and found our way to Franklin. Darla and Jeff saved the day. They had our table put back together with new bumpers and felt with in just a couple days and just in time for our annual holiday party! Would have saved a few hundred dollars if we would have found them first and had really looked at the reviews of both companies. Hind sight…. I will go No where else for my pool table needs in the future, in fact, I already bought a couple new sticks for the party from them.

We hired Franklin Billiard Company to do a tear down and then re-install of our pool table so we could have a new floor installed. They did great work - really excellent attention to the details along with recommendations. I would definitely hire them again!

We just had our pool table installed today, 6-29-2022 by Franklin Billiards.

I was in touch with a few places before deciding to go with Franklin billiards and it looks like I made a good choice. This is a family-owned business and it shows. Darla, the wife, runs the showroom. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I had a ton of questions being a novice which Darla gladly answered. She helped me with the options available so that we were able to find the billiards table that fit our needs.

I was happy to purchase a Olhausen, made right here in the U.S.A, which was important to me. Solid wood with great standard features. Even though my table is one of Olhausens less expensive models, Darla treated it as if it was a $12,000 purchase. Thank you Darla. You initially sold me on Franklin billiards.

Jeff, the husband, delivered and set up the table today with his helper, a fine young man. They did an incredible job making sure every aspect of the install was perfect. Very friendly, informative, and extremely knowledgeable in the field. The tables they sell come equipped with superior quality billiards balls and accessories. Not the china ones others offer.

Jeff took the time to explain all the things I should know in caring for my table. His helper, and you'll excuse me because his name escapes me, is very clean cut and couldn't be more excited to work for Jeff and Darla, which speaks volumes about this company.

I look forward to being customer of Franklin Billiards in the future. They've earned my business and anyone in the area that is looking for game room equipment would do well by giving them a call.

I am pleased with the pool table recover done by Franklin Billiard Company. From my original phone call, Darla was friendly, knowledgeable, and up front on everything from pricing, product, and installation. I was able to forward photos of my table and later that day I received a call back from Jeff, the owner. Jeff was also friendly and knowledgeable and provided several options and ideas on how he would make my playing surface more enjoyable. Two weeks later, Jeff and his associate Josh arrived on time, worked professionally and within hours the job was completed. My table has never played better. I would certainly refer Franklin Billiard Company to all my friends and look forward to using them for all my future game room needs.

Just moved in the area a couple months ago and needed to have my pool table assembled. When I contacted Franklin Billiards it was like a perfect match on what I was looking for.

The personable customer service was impeccable. Darla was really helpful and super friendly on making everything work on our schedule and their availability.

The assembly experience was spot on because Jeff worked with me on where I wanted the table, and his professional experience gave me recommendations that ended up being the best way forward. The end product and his craftsmanship putting pool tables together was awesome. I couldn’t be happier on how it turned out.

In fact I was having an issue with my pool table light. The fixture on the light and the additional hanging adapters that I had before wasn’t working with my new set up. So Jeff said he had the right light fixture that I needed and he mailed it to me the next day along with a box of green chalk. We’re very grateful and blessed to have friendly, professional, craftsmanship, and gone outta their way experience with Franklin Billiards. We purchased a shuffleboard table from Jeff and Darla. They were so easy to work with and Jeff definitely knows his products. We considered purchasing a table online but once I read the reviews, I decided to look local. We wanted to see the product and really had no knowledge of the differences in types of tables or how to set one up. After speaking with Jeff on the phone, he walked me through what our options were and where to get the best table in our price range. Most of the tables we were considering were made in China and we were looking for a nice table made in America. We decided to visit their showroom and are glad we did! We found a beautiful table, made in America within our price range. Jeff is very knowledgeable and wants his customers to be happy. Our experience was perfect, we were not pressured at all and Jeff and Darla’s honesty, service and follow up are outstanding. Jeff delivered and set up the table and it looks and feels amazing. It was nice doing business with a family owned business that truly cares about satisfying their customer!

We recently had to have our pool table taken down during an unexpected home repair. Darla and Jeff (while super busy) made time to take down the table on short notice. They both are very knowledgeable about their business and both professional and friendly. Before they reinstalled it we had new bumpers, cloth etc put on. They were so accommodating on the date to return as it was changed a couple times. The pool table looks beautiful! If you are interested in a new table or need service in any way, you will be more than pleased with FRANKLIN BILLIARDS!!!

We met Darla and Jeff due to a gift card from our son. We are very pleased that we followed through with having them replace our pool table cushions and to recover the table top.
