The hotel is nice and clean and conveniently located. The restaurant prices are a little pricey, but that's out of the workers control. I had a great experience upon check in. I can't remember her name but this is the ID person shown on the receipt MZSHONA441. She was smiling, professional, and very helpful, please let her know. I also want to recognize Melinda for her great customer service skills and being knowledgeable. I am not sure if she is the manager or not but she took great care of me after my stay when I had to call back for assistance. I felt as if she was happy to assist. If she is not the manager she would be a great one. I would recommend this hotel and all the staff that I encountered.

Day on the 18th started off Rocky, But Malinda went above and beyond to help me make this hotel experience phenomenal! Between answering all my 500 questions, Helping me get extra towels ect.. She is one of the BEST front desk receptionist i have EVER encountered. And then the cleaning service is TOP TIER! I would recommend this place to ANYONE who would listen to me. I've stayed in WELL OVER 200 hotels, and this one SUPERCEDES ALL OF THEM! And of course the pool and hot tub were amazing as well. I would give more than 5 stars if i could.

Stayed here for a few days while in town for business. Super close to the airport (less than 2 minutes) not too far off the main road with easy access. Staff was friendly, rooms were in good condition and price was fair. I would use them again if ever in town.

Such a convenient location. Rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant has pretty good food, but the best thing is the 24-hour airport shuttle to and from the airport.

Nice stay! The reception area gave the idea of grandeur. The room didn't reflect the quality expectation after seeing the lobby. We ate dinner and breakfast in the dining area. For a cold, windy night and morning, it made it nice. They had a cook on hand.

This was the best stay I’ve had in the state. The entire staff was amazing and kind. I will be staying there the next time I come to Gulfport.

Very Clean and quiet. The only issue I had was that the hotel clerk was dry and not accommodating at all. They called to ask us to arrive at 12p due to the high occupancy but once we arrived we still had to wait until after 3p for our rooms. No ice water was available in the lobby instead coffee was left there from breakfast. When I asked about it, I was told they don’t offer water since Covid. Obviously that was not the truth. If you can put out coffee, you most definitely can put out water for guests. We waited outside for 3 hours without being offered anything. I just thought the customer service was basic. No one went above and beyond which is what I expect from Hilton as I’m a Hilton Honors member.

Great accommodations, staff was friendly even at night. The gym was ok but enough to maintain fitness. Breakfast spread was substantial and they had additional purchases if desired. I appreciate their hair and body wash set up.

Very close the the airport of you need it. The planes are not too loud. Breakfast is a tad confusing- $17 per person, per day for the cooked to order (warm items from the kitchen) and buffet. If you just want buffet I think it was $10pp, per night. As diamond members we got a $10pp credit for breakfast, sundries or the bar. We booked the room with breakfast, so we got sundries. There is plenty of parking, even behind the building. The hotel is pet friendly, $50 for 2 nights, 2 dogs max per room. They have doggie biscuits in the lobby, pet bags outside and grassy areas in the back of the hotel.

Stayed here last weekend with my family for a soccer tournament. Malinda was fabulous and assisted us with having our rooms next door to one another as well as she was very helpful and friendly. The staff was great, rooms very clean and really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Definitely recommend this property and thank Hilton Garden Inn Gulfport Airport for a fabulous stay!

I stayed over 34 days and there wasn't any complaints besides the person that stayed above me walking so hard lol. It's literally right across the street from an airport and you can't tell unless you went outside. The front desk staff is amazing, the housekeepers really care about your requests and comfort. This was an amazing stay thank you Hilton.

Enjoyed our stay here. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

We usually stay at other hotels and we were optimistic about being this close to the airport. But we were wrong, one of the most quiet and cleanest hotels the we have stayed in. All of the employees from front desk to house keeping and everyone inbetween were excellent to us. The only issue was taken care of extremely quickly. Very pet friendly too. With all that being said we were only about 75 miles from home traveling with our big bully and didn't have one issue. We will be staying here again.

The front desk staff (Alissa sp?) was great. After arriving I requested two bottom floor room’s because of the many items we needed to bring in. Alissa was amazing and was able to accommodate this request. She also was able to recommend a great seafood restaurant nearby. Overall, this is a nice place to stay when traveling! Highly recommend it!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room was bright and clean. The on site restaurant was very good and the service was exceptional. We were traveling with our dog and she was made to feel very welcome. We have stayed in Gulfport several times but had not stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. This will definitely be our hotel of choice for future trips to Gulfport.

Staff was incredibly nice, they even brought in an extra bed when we needed it.

Great people. Closest location to the hotel for a flight. Car rental idealy placed. All good. Will stay here again if in the area.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, overall good stay

The staff is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Mrs Malinda Barnett and Mrs Dawn were awesome with a speedy check in and also allowing me to check in early kudos to them. This hotel has great customer service and has trained their staff to excellence from house keeping to front desk to maintenance everyone was professional, friendly ,and kind. I will most definitely visit this property again hands down. Best experience ever.
