Our experience with Mike and the Featherfall team was outstanding. As a person who has worked in construction for 30 years, we truly appreciate excellent customer service and stellar results and that was our experience with Featherfall. Mike, as our main contact, was always accessible and diligent throughout the entire process. The first step was securing approval from our insurance company for the repair and Mike and Casey handled all of the heavy-lifting with securing approval. It took a bit of time, but they stayed diligent and it was approved. Once it was approved, work was scheduled in a timely manner and Mike was involved with the crew for the duration. The entire process, including the wrap-up with the insurance company, was awesome!

Mike and Casey both of them are really good in terms of taking care of their customers. Mike takes care of all the small details to make sure job done right. We talked once for couple of hours he noted down all the requirements of the job details that's all. After that Mike took care of everything and including all the small details as well. I am very happy with Featherfall and recommend them for any roofing, siding or windows jobs.

Working with a competent, professional and experienced company was refreshing. Mike Jones, Project Manager walked us through the whole process of getting my damaged house resided and gutters replaced. Mike constantly checked in and kept us up to date on the progress and or changes to my project. The work crew did an amazing job and left the work site clean. They helped us with our insurance by sending all the necessary documents so that our insurance would cover all the expenses to change our siding. Casey with Featherfall really had our back. Our insurance company wasn't going to cover any of our siding after it came down. They said it was less than our deductible. Mike is a very knowledgeable worker that was quickly able to identify the hail damage on my aluminum siding. He showed me the superiority of vinyl siding and the value of the insulation blanket. He also worked the my insurance to arrange payment.

Work on my house started about 8 weeks later. supplies were delivered about 3 days before the workers arrived. Total labor was 2 days, very fast!

Insurance did agree that Featherfall's costs were fair. Collecting full payment from insurance took almost 18 months, so Featherfall truly are a patient when dealing with them. They did not hold up the project on my house.

We were extremely happy with the siding and roof replacement that Casey Hale and his team did for our home in Maryland. He was professional and very detail oriented. He was very responsive to questions and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing my roof and gutters, but let me tell you where they really knocked it out the park: navigating the shenanigans insurance companies use to avoid paying for covered losses. My insurance company was refusing to pay for, let alone acknowledge, the hail damage to my roof. Casey from Featherfall Restoration met with the insurance adjuster and myself, multiple times, and thoroughly explained the nature of hail damage to my roof. The insurance company kept trying to deny my claim, but with Casey’s guidance, I was able to provide the correct documentation to the insurance company and take the most effective steps towards getting the insurance company to acknowledge and pay for a covered loss. It was a long process, but I can’t be thankful enough for Casey and Featherfall Restoration sticking it out with me and seeing my claim to completion.

Seriously, if you think you have storm damage that should be covered by your insurance, give Featherfall Restoration a call. You will save yourself an enormous amount of headache, stress, and money. They service Fairfax County in Virginia, among other locations.
