First time I have went to the dentist and felt comfortable! The staff and dentist were so friendly and helpful. They didn’t make you feel bad about anything. Joanne even helped me get better dental coverage. Highly recommend their services.

They were friendly, nice, explained everything to me. The place was very clean. I didn't have to wait.I got there when I was suppose to. I would recommend you try them for your self.

Dental visits have always been a nightmare for me, super terrifying each time. However, the staff here is so welcoming, comforting, and thorough with every detail. Mrs. Cynthia, I think is her name is an actual angel. She’s so sweet and gentle, definitely eased my anxiety around all of the information I was receiving.

I love coming to Pure Smiles as an alternative to going directly to the VA as it is much further to drive. They are a great representative for veterans needing dental care and are truly an advocate for their patients while navigating through the approval process to provide the best treatment for the patient

Have been going here since before Dr Gilich took over this practice. She and her office staff are very nice and efficient. Anytime I have had a dental problem they have gotten me in quickly and taken care of my problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

Without a doubt, the nicest people you'll ever meet. They provide professional care, are empathetic to your needs, and never treat you like a patient in assembly line medicine.

With that said, I still think they should give you nitrous oxide while you're sitting in the waiting room to prepare you for what is to come!

Really nice and clean facility. All of the staff was great. The hygienist was super thorough and professional and she and the doc took the time to talk about my concerns and we came up with a plan to address everything. I normally dread going to the dentist but feel so much better after finding Dr. Gilich!!

I can honestly say that this was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and patient. My hygienist (I think her name was Chelsea) exceeded all my expectations, she quickly (and surprisingly, easily) removed glue from my front teeth that had been left there from braces that I had taken off over 10 years ago! They took their time and made me feel valued. Thank y'all so much!!

(August of 2023) I was referred by my VA Biloxi office for a dental sleep apnea device!!! Looking forward to using this vice machine!!! I did another sleep monitoring with dental device at the VA Sleep lab, and it was reported to me I had a 70% decrease in episodic apnea intervals. My 6 month follow up I decided to try a blue band. Looking forward to these results. Veterans should be offered this too as an option to clostrophobic machine breathing.

Always a great experience at this dental office! I am able to bring our son with if my husband isn't able to watch him due to work, and they are so kind to him as well. Thank you for always giving us the best experience!

Excellent experience. I go here as a regular and the staff is phenomenal I’ve never had any issues are complications. I recently brought my kids in as well and Pure Smiles did an amazing job making my babies feel comfortable and taking care of them. I highly recommend any family to check Pure Smiles out. The best Dentist office on the coast!!

I had a chipped tooth that turned my mouth into an industrial meat grinder. The great folks at Pure Smiles worked me into their schedule and tamed the savage beast that was my chipped tooth. Life is good now while I'm waiting to get that tooth crowned.

Broke a Veneer off front tooth. Took me on very short notice and had temporary fix within an hour. Great service and great work. Highly recommended.

Pure Smile Dental is the best place to go, they have very friendly workers, the dentist is very patient and understanding. They are very reliable I highly recommend Pure Smile Dental to everyone.

Great attitude and atmosphere as soon as you arrive at office. Personnel very cordial and respectful to patients. My dental hygienist, Kylee, was very polite and explained what was going to be done. Her upbeat tone was very reassuring and relaxing. DDS Frierson was also very nice and discussed her observations and recommendations for treatment plan. I’m very grateful to be one of their patients.
