Residence Inn by Marriott Gulfport-Biloxi Airport

Just finished 4 nights at this hotel and I have to say, the staff is very professional. The gm puts in more hrs at this hotel than any other that i have stayed in making sure things run smoothly and the facility is in the best operating condition it can be in. The rooms are very clean with no visible repairs needed. Hallways and common areas are very clean. I love that all rooms have atleast a kitchenette. Looking forward to staying there again.

This location has very clean and updated rooms that feel like home, along with very respectful workers who really show that they care about Marriot loyalty and kind customer service.

We stayed here one night while driving through town. The rooms are clean, there is a nice pool and a decent spread for breakfast. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is getting hard to find. It was $100 for up to two fur babies per stay. They have those California-based eco-friendly/low-flow shower heads, so on the 5th floor, washing shampoo out of a head full of hair is a challenge. The bathtub was clean but water-stained. You could see several patches in drywall for water leaks, too. The room was quiet, and we did not hear another solo or airplane (the airport is across the street) throughout our stay. The TV in the bedroom did not want to play normal channels, and the streaming worked fine. There is a full-size kitchen with a full accouterment of dishes and pots and pans. It was about a 10-minute drive to see the beach.

Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel.

We were here for 4 nights. When you find a business that is excellent, it's always because of the people that work there.
During check-in, Liza was very busy but, she remained focused and friendly. Housekeeping people were friendly and helpful. The front desk personnel were excellent.
The property is clean and very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed three nights at the Residence Inn Gulfport/Bilouxi. It is minutes from the airport and provides shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel. We utilized that service quite a bit for trips to great restaurants and other attractions. Throw in a great breakfast daily and what more could you want?
The suite we had featured a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and range with a microwave. The bed was super comfy.
But, the stars here were the staff. Laurie, Teresa, Lawrence, and Sharon were so helpful and friendly. Likewise, the shuttle drivers Jamie, Dwayne, and Carlton were friendly and pointed out things in Gulfport as they shuttled us around.
We highly recommend staying at the Residence inn.

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at when we are in the Gulf Port, MS area! The staff is always very friendly and the rooms are clean! At our recent stay, my husband and I were a few minutes late for breakfast. The staff stopped picking up the food and told us to get whatever we wanted. They did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing them, and we did not feel rushed. Thank you, Residence Inn Gulfport MS staff!

I had a great experience at the Gulfport Residence Inn this weekend. The front desk staff went over and above to make my stay enjoyable. The front agent Mya was very attentive, and the housekeepers Francis and Lisa were accommodating. Even the kitchen staff went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning. This location is centrally located around shopping and food places Special thanks to the shuttle drivers!

This place was great! Room was fine. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The ding I give isn't so much the hotels fault but wish there was stuff to eat or a gas station in walking distance.

Very kind women at the front desk gave us an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite for us and our cats. Very reasonable priced pet fees, kind staff, and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable.

Able to use as our base of operations as we visited family in the area. Super happy that they could accommodate our 70 lb dog as well. Spacious suite, clean… would use again.

My mother was stranded in Gulfport by storms in the area late at night. I called up Laurie Martin and her team at the Residence Inn and they were amazing! Laurie checked in multiple times on getting my mother to the shuttle and her room needs, even providing some water and snacks since she hadn't eaten! Above and Beyond service is what Laurie and her team do on any night in Gulfport!

Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Front Desk staff Mr. Lawrence! After a long travel, I felt in love with my accommodations! The Staff here truly makes you feel at home although miles away. The kitchen staff prepares real cook breakfast and dining area is always immaculate. The housekeeping staff ensures cleanliness of rooms and always provides your needs. The pool area is always constantly clean by maintenance which is very refreshing after a long day. All of the amenities such as workout, rooms and laundry is always intended to to ensure cleanliness as well. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the beach and nearby attractions. Love, love, love will come back to stay as opposed to any other nearby hotels! Thank you staff here at the Residence Inn in Gulfport.

Review is the culmination of several stays where the staff continued to impress with its service. All staff members that we’ve encountered have been kind and courteous. Front desk staff helped out on an occasion where we needed to change rooms and were more than accommodative. Also, the time we changed rooms, the housekeeping staff made sure to return a check that I had left behind that I had been waiting on for a few weeks. As a frequent traveler and loyal Marriott member I can say with confidence that this team cares about their guests.

Very nice hotel. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is 3 minutes from the airport (basically across the street but didn't seem under the flight path so I didn't notice it while sleeping). I think there is a shuttle available as well. Would be great for a family or a pair (or two couples) looking to split space/cost. You get two complete bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with own full bath separated by common room and a full size kitchen.

VERY NICE! On our trip we stayed at multiple Residence Inns and this one takes the CAKE. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Plenty of extra towels and blankets available. Breakfast was good. We will definitely make a point to stop here on our way through again.

Great experience! Great staff! Breakfast was good. They even had oat milk & pork alternative. We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Full kitchen minus an oven. Rooms are really nice sized. I have a sensitive nose and could tell a dog had been in the room. Nothing a little Febreze didn't take care off. Other than that, room was clean & had everything we needed.

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. We stayed 8 days and literally became friends with some of the staff. Everything was clean and neat. There was breakfast every morning. They were extremely good to our kids. Definitely will come back and stay every time we're down. Convenience was nice to. We weren't far from alot. Ms.Frances and Mr.Damien went out of their way for us, giving us good places to go for the kids, good food to eat, went out of their way if we needed anything inside the hotel.
