I had an issue with a missing piece of mail, called Valley Park post office and talked to Chris. He was friendly, concerned and thorough with his information. He followed up with a call to me today giving me the status and resolution of my issue. Excellent customer service was provided by Chris. I am so appreciative.

I live in High Ridge and work in Kirkwood. This post office does not have all the bells and whistles that some have (such as a stamp/postage machine), but I choose it over others whenever I can because the staff is so consistently cheerful and courteous. Recommended!

I have heard only good things about this post office. I know of people who come here from Manchester or Kirkwood because of the courteous and friendly people that work here. Customer service at its best. Proud to say I live in an area they serve.

I had such excruciatingly bad service at my local office, I paid for a PO Box in Valley Park and it is worth it. I actually get my mail now and the people working there are all good people.
