I decided to treat myself for a nice breakfast on my birthday. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place. I must say, I am VERY glad I came in. The atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious! I ended up going in super hungry. I got a big breakfast, PLUS beignets. But momma didn’t raise no punk. I accepted the challenge, devoured the delicious meal, and even finished the ginormous, fresh beignets. The extra powdered sugar did not survive, either. I had to use a credit card and straw in order to take in the sugary deliciousness… I kid, of course. But hopefully everyone will get how amazing this place is. Oh… and the Vietnamese coffee is to die for!

Loved this place. Quaint, clean and friendly. Very well valued for the portions.

Wide variety of menu items...as specialize in Vietnamese cuisine, all-day breakfast and comfort food.

Me and my son had the best breakfast here. We are so full. It was delicious!

I was a little nervous about trying a poboy with tempura fried shrimp instead of traditional southern batter but it was really good. I haven't eaten here in probably close to 5 years so it was like my first time.

Service was on point and it wasn't too busy given lunch on a Friday. I was able to get good service, good food, and I was in and out in roughly 30 minutes.

I will definitely be coming back.

We have been going to the Rusty Pelican my whole life! It is a very special place to my family and since moving out of the state, it is a tradition to go to breakfast on our way back home! Everything is amazing🥰

Excellent omelets, add bacon in the omelet for an added treat and don't forget the coffee. Twice in a couple days. Yes, that good. Stop by and see for yourself.

The place is clean and bright. Food is very good and prices are good too. Very friendly staff. We tried the Vietnamese coffee and that was a treat. I want to go during lunch and try the pho.

A local favorite! Try the Vietnamese coffee (iced), it is amazing! Usually on the busier side but it's because it's so dang good. Never had a dish that disappointed nor bad service. They are simply amazing 👏

Food is consistently good , service is always good as well . They have an awesome menu, it is always clean and all day breakfast menus with beignets is so cool .

This little gem offers southern American style breakfast with light Vietnamese cuisine for lunch. The food was delightful and the atmosphere was charming. Our server Melanie was the epitome of southern Mississippi hospitality. Great job!

Everytime i visit this area i stop here for breakfast. Good food.

The Rusty Pelican was the best breakfast spot I’ve ever been to. The coffee and fresh cream was on point, the biscuits and grave was the best I’ve ever had. The hash browns were crispy on the outside with great flavor on the inside. My daughter had a great Cuban. My son loved his breakfast sandwich. The icing on the cake was the fresh beignets with powdered sugar at the end of our meal. It put a stamp on this 5 star review.

Love coming here- very much a jack-of-all-trades kind of place. I love being able to get breakfast all day somewhere local and for a great price. I also come here for lunch quite often during work and have not had anything I did not like. Very reasonably priced especially for what you get. If you like Vietnamese food, they excel in that as well!! (
