21c Museum Hotel Lexington

21C is awesome! I’ve heard good things about the rooms, interesting art, food is amazing, etc. After working an event here I applied for a server position helping with other events because the workplace culture is so appealing to me. Also, behind the scenes it’s extremely clean. Not every hotel can say that! And sure, you could just stay at the Marriott, but where’s the fun in that?? Give it a try.

I went for a work trip and ended up really enjoying the area. We had rain the whole time and they were quick to offer me an umbrella. The location is perfect for walking to places for a quick bite or drinks with a lot of different options. Don't forget to stop at their awesome bar for a nice cocktail.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The location was wonderful, as we walked to dinner each night at two excellent restaurants. However, it would be nice if you didn't have to ask for ice to be sent to your room - with a tip probably expected - and there is only one small shelf available in the mini-bar refrigerator. All of this made it difficult for us to travel with perishable food during the holiday season.

Parking wasn’t great as I drive a truck but aside from that it was amazing. The check in/out process was seamless, the hold on my card was released upon check out which was a pleasant surprise. The room was simply amazing from the mattress to the stunning bathroom.

My wife and I made a deal on one of our first dates that we would find all of the penguins and we are working hard on that. We love the 21c and we try to stay anytime we are near one. Lexington 21c has always treated us amazing each time we've been there, the hospitality is second to none, the rooms are always amazing and clean. The Lockbox has amazing food as well.

This was my second stay at the 21C in Lexington for Christmas. I love the Main Street location. There are a couple of hotels nearby but even though they are only a block away, you don’t get to walk outside and feel like you are in historic Lexington. I like how unique the 21C is - and the beds are super comfy. If you go, be sure to take time to view the current art display!

I’ve been coming here for years for all sorts of things, dinner, brunch, drinks, events upstairs on their second floor, yoga. It’s a truly cool and eclectic space, FULL of really cool art ✨My wedding dinner was actually in their vault room, overall really love 21C & Lockbox and what the bring to our city.

Attended for a corporate award event. Facility was clean, staff friendly, and the environment was unique with all the artwork.
Not your typical Days Inn! Nice location as well

Booked the romance package for our 5th anniversary. They put us in a room with two queen beds. We asked for a single bed and they upgraded us to a suite for an extra $100. It was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed and I/we travel a lot. More than satisfied with everything. I was very pleased with the everything.

My daughter and I stayed there while touring UK. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The hotel was beyond immaculate!! It reminded me of the old days of staying in hotels😀.The location was very convenient and walkable. I would definitely stay here again

I was blown away by the art and the decor. Small features like dimmer switches on all the lights were a great luxury. Service was wonderful, and the restaurant's food was delicious. Bravo!

Nice rooms. Stayed here over new years and was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to anything i.e. great food, bars for a drink, music, and even downtown shopping! Will be back

We had a wonderful experience! The hotel was gorgeous and our room impeccable. We loved the museum exhibit and the lockbox bar/restaurant. We will definitely be coming back to your hotel and hopefully others in various cities.

I could not have been more pleased with the front staff and supervision. Everyone treated me with total respect and supported any requests without question. Often staff at other hotels may oblige but when they do, you feel like you are a burden. Not at this hotel!!!
My only challenge was today's youth can't drive a straight shift and I chose to drive my BMW M5. Fortunately, the hotel engineer could park it and I walked with the valet to pick it up. Trust me, this is not the first nice hotel that did not have a valet who could drive a manual vehicle. It is a challenge of the times where I need to be aware. You may want to put something on your website noting valets may not drive manual vehicles.

We had a one night stay in rainy Lexington as a stopover on our 20 hour drive, with our 40 lb dog in tow. The staff made everything comfortable and inviting and quickly attended to any needs. Very satisfied.

Such a unique hotel and restaurant in the middle of the city. Go here even if it’s just to check out the art. Don’t forget to check out the restrooms too

21c Museum Hotel Lexington is a true experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. I stayed on the 13th floor and I had a wonderful experience. The room was all I could ask for. It was roomy, well stocked with all I needed. I didn't have to ask the hotel for any amenities. The art around the hotel was like an entire new adventure. I stayed at the hotel for a work purpose and each day we had a meal and presentations. Everything was just right. No complaints.

I had the pleasure of staying at the 21c last week. I had a pitch perfect experience. The staff was super friendly and personable, the service was top notch, the rooms were big, gorgeous and full of light, the location was walking distance from almost everything you could want, and the art featured on the property is truly stunning.

We slid right into the valet parking after a long day's drive. We were greeted with smiles at every turn upon a backdrop of punchy, bright contemporary art. The hotel holds nostalgia in the octagonal tile floors in the corridors and the layout of the rooms. We felt at home with modern upgrades in lighting, bathroom amenities and the Nespresso. Location Location Location! We had short walks to a show at the Opera House and dinner. Late evening we sauntered up to the main level bar for a complimentary small pour of local distilled libations and then toured the 2nd floor art gallery at leisure. We dined in the Lockbox for a hearty breakfast and coffee to get us set for our next day of travels. Outstanding experience. We will be looking for 21C Hotels wherever we go from no on.
