I order take out breakfast every weekend. So delicious! Cafe combo...scrambled eggs, grits, sausage , blueberry pancakes. You can choose other options. Will not be disappointed. Can view the menu on their website. Beautiful views from inside or can sit outside , covered area. Excellent friendly service...Southern hospitality. Can't forget to mention there is a full bar / sitting area w/ TV . The desserts are homemade. Good luck on deciding which one to choose from. They are all fresh & delicious. Have Blue Bell ice cream / cones , too. They offer specials during the week. Must have is a bowl of Seafood Gumbo & hushpuppies. 🌅☕🍽🍰🍦🍤🥚🥪🥩🍗🍲🥞❤ Have a cup of Sunrise coffee from our local Bankhouse coffee shop .

Great place! Just moved here and have already tried many things! Especially the homemade cakes and key lime lol! Amazing tenders and love Prime Rib night. The deck is near perfect and the folks there are super.

Wonderful place, good food, amazing service, super friendly and happy people. We ate a fried crab tomato, the best thing I ate. We also ordered fried oysters with catfish That was just so good, delicious, I could stay in that place eating all day.

We also ordered a pistachio cake, it was very soft and wet and the taste was unique and very good

Update: have been back several times to eat. Actually have been going to harbor view since before Katrina when they were in the Pass. Always excellent food and great service. Katy is our favorite waitress. Can't go wrong

I absolutely love this place. I have been going for literal decades and I have never been disappointed. I particularly like their oyster and shrimp po’boy. They also make a mean gumbo. Parking is ample and the service is usually fast and good.

Real down to earth food. Great tasting American fare. Delicious Ruben sandwich, great Philly cheese steak. Fun atmosphere and excellent service. Cost was $ and they have great homemade cakes also Blue Bell ice cream.

The food is always good. This visit the food was so good I didn't get a chance to take pictures of my other plates. I had fried crab claws (it was several that didn'thave any meat on them, but they gladly brought out more to make up for it), blackened catfish, and the sauce covered shrimp (I don't remember the correct name of the dish). For dessert, I had a piece of homemade red velvet cake. I can't wait to go back. The last picture is what I had left to take home for a late night snack.

Another place that is highly recommended by my wife and I. I haven’t got anything here that wasn’t worth it. The service is above anything in our area. Highly recommended!!!

All of the Food I have ever tried from this place has been phenomenal. The staff has been very polite. They made a personalized cheesecake plate for me and the love of my life for our Anniversary. The atmosphere and cleanliness is perfect. I enjoyed. The only downside is that I cannot eat here for every meal every day.

Great service and great food! We were a party of three - our table had the fried chicken tenders platter, gumbo, the Cuban sandwich, and the half and half (grilled shrimp with fried catfish). And desserts were stellar! We had the silhouette Cheesecake and the Red Velvet cake. (Sorry no photos of our food, we ate it and forgot!)
Would definitely return when traveling in the area again!

I love the food here. It's got good southern Hine cooking. The crab cakes were the best in town.

I called before I came here to make sure my dog was allowed on the patio and they confirmed she was so off we went. Everyone we interacted with was great. Our waitress (I think her name was Katy) was just great. She checked on us a few times and made sure our drinks stayed full including my dogs water lol. She even brought us ice which I used to keep my dog cool. The heat index was 101 degrees but the breeze from the gulf and the fans above the table made it quite nice out and the view during sunset was beautiful. I definitely recommend the Gouda Mac and Cheese appetizers, they were delicious! The patio seating is dog friendly.

New resident to Long Beach and First time visiting this restaurant, we had a wonderful experience and a terrific server named Meredith. We had the Philly surf and turf and a roast beef po boy which as a person from NOLA was delicious with excellent gravy, also the fried pickles were so good and fried perfectly! My husband had a Bloody Mary which he said was delicious, and I have a strawberry mocktail mojito which was so fresh (she literally picked the mint from the bush outside and yummy! We will be back!

First time visiting in close to five years. Prior to my lengthy absence, I was a frequent visitor to this wonderful cafe. Harbor View consistently offers delicious dishes with a real flair for local flavors and ingredients. The restaurant has a generous outdoor patio and a comfortable, stylish interior that complements the menu and "vibe". Can't wait until my next visit!

I love this Ol school Gulf Coast restaurant. I remember when it was in Pas Christian across from their harbor.
Our waitress was Stellar. I did not catch her name but she was cute,,, had beautiful dirt blond hair with real dreadlocks. Her timing and her smile ,,,, superb.

The Harbour martini was delicious. I had the salad with shrimp and oysters fried to perfection. The cakes are scrumptious. The service was excellent.
