Customer service was great and Natalie was super helpful! I had my car keys before my bags even got to the baggage claim!

Awesome experience! Michael, not sure if he works for hertz or dollar rental at Gulfport MS airport, since it was after hours, was simply amazing and professional! I needed a last minute rental on a Sunday evening and he was able to accommodate me instantly although they were also dealing with hurricane Ida needs. Thank you so much Michael!!

The agent at GPT is super-friendly and efficient. When I arrived, the car is already ready and all check-in has been done. So, it took me less than one minute to get the key and drive away. The car is great. I really enjoyed it and the whole experience with Hertz.

There were MAJOR issues with my reservation but I had a good (pickup/drop off) rental experience (just to be safe; I informed the Counter Rep that the car had existing bumper damage and scratches). Awesome Customer Service!!!
