The rental representative Ms. Lisa Lee was absolutely phenomenal! I’ve rented from this location several times within the last month and each experience was wonderful. Ms. Lee was quick, efficient and personable each time, she’s definitely an asset to this agency. I enjoyed the upgrade after telling her about my experience at another enterprise location in the area. The vehicles could be cleaned a little better specifically the high touch areas and cup holders. Other than that great vehicles and impeccable customer service. Ms. Lee keep up the great work and thank you for your great customer service. I will forever book with enterprise!

The Gulfport Airport location was able to accommodate me with an upgrade at no extra charge due to a late flight. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I’ll be sure to use them again in the future.

Enterprise is the BEST car rental company out there. They always have the cleanest and nicest cars AND have always had the BEST customer service available. We rented a car from Enterprise in Gulfport MS and Emily was very courteous, friendly and professional. We have had bad experiences from other agencies but have always had great experiences from Enterprise. We will never rent a car from anywhere but Enterprise!!!

Both the check in and return process went so smoothly. Both ladies were so sweet and helpful. The lady that was working when I returned my vehicle went out of her way to get my daughter's iPad out of the car after we turned it in, she saved us for us sure!

It is rare to have excellent customer service from beginning to end but that was the case for me - from renting online to turning in my upgraded vehicle, it was seamless. As an older woman, with not the strongest technical skills, the car was easy to operate. The counter rep (Tika) was so nice and the gentleman who checked my car in - a day early - was quick and attentive. Best experience!

My experience with Enterprise has always been delightful. Rental fees are fair and the company is forgiving when running behind to pick up your vehicle. The customer service rep at the counter was very personable and efficient. Got me in and out and on the road in no time. Thank you, as always!

Enterprise, was very professional, as I entered, I was welcome and received as I stepped to the desk. I had rental with them from mid June up until today. The young gentleman [Sanchez]that gave me a ride to caliber collusion to pick up my car. He was very professional and helpful with answering questions. I will refer you guys to others that is looking to rent. 5 Starr from me for sure.

My Chevy Trailblazer hybrid was very clean and fuel efficient. Unlike another car rental company, all the windows were spotless!

This was by far the easiest car rental I have ever been involved with. This was both picking car up and checking car back in. If in need of a rental car again I will definitely give them the opportunity. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They started trip off on a great note and ended it and that very same note. Just wish I would have gotten their names to give them the credit they deserve.

have had no issues with enterprise, I am a tall person and took a chance on the mini Cooper I was offered recently and it surprised me of how much room it had. Great hospitality at the Gulfport Mississippi location, thank you for all that you did to accommodate me.

They are hard to get on the local office phone. And when you reserve a car online, the online doesn't match what they actually have (this is the online brokers fault). The locations I've visited have done everything they can to make it right and to provide the best possible service. They are who I go to for car rentals.
