Flawless rental experience! My car was even upgraded free of charge when my original car type class was not immediately available. Car was super clean and mechanically sound. Enjoyed my rental experience.

The staff at Avis Gulfport Airport are always professional, courteous and accommodating. They have great vehicles and it's always a pleasure renting one. I've been renting from them for 20+ years and will continue to do so in the future.

I have always had a great experience with AVIS and have used the Gulfport Airport location a couple of times now. They are great at getting things processed and out the door. I also like the customer service from AVIS - very helpful.

I was traveling today December 19th with my 3 year old. We parked our rental and had a large bag, two book bags, and a car seat to carry in. An Avis employee was walking into the parking lot and I asked if we could just go and get a cart and come back. He said he’d help carry our bags. Mr Andy carried both book bags and the large roller bag alllll the way to the other end of the airport to the American Airlines counter for us. I was going to tip him and he said he and his wife own the company. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Mr Andy and we appreciated the help so much. He actually also returned our cart on arrival 4 days earlier as well and I just can’t say enough good things. So we will be back. Thank you so much.

Great location at the Gulfport/Biloxi airport, it is right inside the terminal. The staff is pretty friendly & will put you in a car of your rental needs!

June, 2023, I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down while visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I was staying at the Hollywood Hotel in Bay St. Louis and broke down in Biloxi, had my car towed to Nissan Service Center in Gulfport afterhours and the tow truck driver gave me a lift to Avis Car Rental - Budget at the Gulfport Airport. It was close to 8 p.m. Mr. Tommy at Avis was great. He was a calming voice, he was professional, heard me out, and I feel he offered me the best deal and advice and treated me with respect. Got a great vehicle with no pressure. I wish more people were like him. I would use Avis Rental Car again.

By far the best car rental experience I have had. Super friendly customer service and easy to modify the rental. We were able to extend the contract with no problems!

I’ve rented from the Avis/Budget car rental desk in Gpt/ Biloxi airport a few times now in the last month. All 3 ladies I rented from in the Airport location have been nice and helpful upon renting vehicles from them. Good service so far at Avis.

Avis Rental Car at Gulfport/ Biloxi Airport is a Great place to rent your car if you are in need of a rental car in the area. I am from Ohio and I recently used their service in May 2022.Everyone at Avis/ Budget were very nice, very professional and the process was smooth. When I returned the car an employee was right there in the Outside parking lot and I did not even have to go back to the inside counter. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again when I'm in the area.

Avis/Budget at the Airport are phenomenal! Second time they saved me. Had reservations with ACE, Priceline Cheapest, you get what you pay for. ACE does not offer unlimited milage, this was a problem for my planned trip. Cancelled, and hoped Budget could save me.... they did! And for the same price as ACE! Their customer service is outstanding and no hidden fees. Car was perfect, going to trust my instincts and only rent from Budget/Avis in the future!

The quality of customer service I received was exceptional. I'd had a horrible day being I'd missed my original flight and had to purchase a ticket with another airline in order to make my, already paid for, trip. My car was reserved for a 7:30p pickup but with the new flight, I wouldn't be arriving until roughly midnight. I called Avis, upset about my day, to cancel my reservation. The representative informed me that while the rental desk closes at 11:30p, she was willing to stay and wait for me. She also informed me that she was waiting for another late arrival as well. Her goal was to bring about a peace and calmness to what had already been a stressful day for me. Her care and compassion truly exemplifies what going the extra mile for your customers mean. Although this may have created an inconvenience in her own personal life, she only displayed to me care, kindness and great consideration. My only regret is that I didn't get her name and too bad my original airline wasn't trained in customer service by her.

Wonderful customer service! I felt so welcome, and my car was waiting, upon arrival from my flight - which was delayed by 24 hours. Clean car, very few miles, well worth the rental cost. Thanks!

When we got off our plane we expected everything to be closed. Tommy was working the rental booth, and patiently taking care of all of the people who had pre-rented. We did not have a reservation, but he waited for us and worked with us patiently until we were taking care of. He also told us what to expect expect in the area and was very fair. I have never had a good experience renting a car, and this experience was awesome. If you get a chance rent here with Tommy.

I had a very pleasant experience with Avis at GPT. The counter staff during pickup and dropoff were professional and cordial. As an Avis Preferred Plus Member, I walked away from the rental counter with keys and contract in hand within a minute or so.

The rental counter is conveniently located right next to the baggage claim and down the hall from the ticketing area. The rental car lot is located a short walk across the road outside of the Terminal / Baggage Claim.

I received a free upgrade with my Avis Preferred Plus reservation (from Intermediate to Full Size). The car was very clean and I had no issues. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if they offered Avis Preferred Select & Go at this location (although that program is currently only offered at select airports, most of which are much larger / busier than GPT).

I had an overall great experience at this Avis location and would recommend to others. Prices were competitive with the other rental companies at the airport.

The prices to rent vehicles are affordable. It is good to have a reservation but they accept walk-ups also.

The customer service is excellent.

Bridgette, the manager solved an issue for me related to being billed for something that I should not have beem billed for. She personally called me and informed me that the issues had been resolved in my favor.

I Highly recommend renting vehicles from AVIS in Gulfport, MS at the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport.
