Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a pipe burst at 3:30 a.m. Tyler arrived and assessed the leak. He was kind enough to shut off the water to the house.He needed to get a part and told me he would come back to make the repair as soon as Home Depot opened. This occurred Sunday morning. Tyler came back at 8:30 a.m. and completed the repair. Tyler is such a great guy! Very personable and accommodating. Very professional and knowledgeable. There needs to be more people in the trades like him. I will always ask for Tyler for my future needs!!

Wesley did an outstanding job fixing our root issue. He was fast and informed me of everything that was going on. We are happy we used Roto-Rooter. We will use them again!

Our technician Wesley was great! He found out that we had a collapsed sewer line and just not an easy clog. He gave me an affordable quote but thought I could handle the issue my self. After I exposed a 5 foot section of collapsed pipe that was attached to my septic I released I was not going to be able to do by myself. I called back and Wesley returned that day and got the job done!
He was very professional and I was amazed that he was able to return that same day. Definitely 10 out of 10!

Tyler was awesome! We had a major clog in the mainline that has been giving us problems for 2+ years. We bit the bullet tonight and called Roto-rooter after our master bath backed up. Tyler was at our house in under an hour at 6 o'clock on a sunday night! Less than an hour more and the clog is gone! We had a local plumber out 2 years ago when the problem first started. We had to call him out twice after his first visit because he did not fix the issue but still charged us in total around $1200, and threatened us after leaving a bad review. Tyler came to clear a blockage in my kitchen and laundry branch line. He was friendly and patient as I asked a whole bunch of questions about the blockage. He took time to explain everything to me. Not only did he clean out the blockage but also ran a camera down to ensure there were no other concerns. He provided peace of mind and a greater understanding of my plumbing. Tyler and Jacob were a great crew. We had an emergency with our hot water heater. Jacob arrived at 3am and graciously helped with our emergency. Something malfunctioned a little while later and they quickly responded and drove back to assist. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are great and saved me late Friday afternoon. We are getting our house on the market and late Friday the toilets would not flush and the tubs would not drain. I knew what the problem was we have been putting band aids on it for years and not fixing it. Called around no one could come out that day which would have meant us staying in a hotel. Called Roto Rooter and they immediately sent someone. Diagnosed the problem and the long term fix and quoted me a fair price. When the work started the problem was a little bigger than expected and they told me it would cost a little more. They worked, dug, replaced a pipe called in help because it was late and the job big. Worked like heck until 10:00 pm a full 6 hours on a Friday night. Bill was only slightly more that originally quoted and very, very reasonable for the scope
of work done. These guys are the best and I especially appreciate the young man and the others who joined him later for their hard work and dedication on a Friday night (and fast response when I called) to get us taken care of. Use no one else than Roto Rooter!!!!

We were so pleased with your prompt service. Tyler Sizemore, our technician, showed up on time and addressed the problem we were having - clogged drain in the kitchen. He was very skilled and knowledgable with what was happening and proceded to correct the problem, explaining the whole way what he was doing.
We had to call back a few days later -- seems those darn noodles just wouldn't go away! Tyler's supervisor came out with him and was extremely pleasant too.
