I was in a “plumbing emergency “ jam….I’ll spare you the details. Of course, it began on a late Friday afternoon. I called Royal Flush. They sent me a very nice man the very next morning (Saturday) and the best part was NO EXTRA WEEKEND CHARGES! Also, the repair work was done quickly and above standards!! Thanks Royal Flush!! Yall da greatest!!

I have never experienced customer service like this. Jerry Tucker was not only quick to return my call (way after hours) but he also educated me on the entire process of the possible needed repairs. He listened to my complaints and advised me accordingly. Thankfully his direction over the phone was enough to educate me and I was able to resolve the issue. But let me just say if I ever am in need of a plumber, “A Royal Flush” will be the only one I call, I suggest you do the same.

I have used A Royal Flush on several plumbing projects and they never fail to amaze me of the great quality work and professionalism they bring to the game. The prices are outstanding on top of that. Daylon, Mike and Wyatt were the techs on this last project rerouting a collapsed sewer line. I can’t stress enough of how professional and a great job they did. It’s a good feeling to know when it comes to my Plumbing problems they have my back.

I've lived in apartments and rented for most of my life so when my water went out I had no idea what to do. I called a couple of plumbers, and A Royal Flush was the third one I called. After not having water for over a day, the man I spoke with (unfortunately I forgot his name) seemed concerned about getting my water turned back on that day. He told me he was busy, but he'd come out that day. Compared to the other two places that were going to charge $150 just to come out, the free estimate he gave was a godsend.
Him and his partner came out in a timely manner, had the issue fixed within 30 minutes, and charged less than what the other plumbers were charging just to come out. Apparently the main pipe had cracked, and that was what was why I was accidentally watering my neighbors yard.
They were extremely friendly and kind, and I got my water back! Thank you so much!!!!!

Mr. Daren, I would like to tell you thank you for the service that your business brings to the community. Today is Monday and the plumbing at my home has been backed up since Wednesday of last week. I have called maybe 6 plumbers and heard promises of coming out to help me and my family, but no one came. When I called your office and got your after hours line, I was sure that I was going to have the same experience with your company. So I was about to call the plumber on the list. Before I could dial the number I received a text message asking if it was ok to schedule me on Monday! I was so excited 😊! Today I met the 2 best plumbers who have ever been out to our home! Will and Van were very professional and didn't come to play! I had stored up multiple issues and your pros handled it masterfully! Whatever you are doing to keep employees such as these please continue! I have more issues that I will be contacting your office about and when I do I would like to make sure that you send out Will and Van again! My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I must say, that the transition to A Royal Flush was remarkably seamless and uncomplicated! Their response to our service calls has been impressively swift, and their consistent uniform attire helps both myself and the tenants easily identify their affiliation. Moreover, their courteous and professional demeanor stands out. Additionally, when there are aspects that I find challenging to comprehend about the work carried out or the tasks at hand, Daren consistently makes himself available to provide explanations via calls or texts!

Hire this company from the reviews I read. They first came out to reset a toilet which was done great. I had a second leak and call the very next morning. Team showed up and found and additional Tank to toilet was dripping. They corrected and went on their way. I would definitely have them back out if need be.

So far so good. I recently had my second service with them. First time was AC leak and they replaced the pipe. This time I had a clog in the flush line of AC. It was an easy visit, the prices are very reasonable. The guys are very helpful with other suggestions for the future. Absolutely no pressure. They come in and do the job. Very open to other questions I asked. They are now who I'm using going forward.

I certainly can't complain. I called and they came about an hour later. Labor and supply costs were extremely reasonable. Job is well done. I can use my sink. I definitely plan to use them again for a couple more jobs I have planned and for any unplanned jobs, too. Thank you so much!

I had a clogged drain pipe that I could not fix myself. There was someone at my house within the hour to address the issue. They worked through the rain without any complaint and got the work done quickly and efficiently. It cost me half of what I thought I would. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any more plumbing issues.

These folks are great! I called on a Sunday and got a response within 2 hours. My situation wasn't an emergency. They were willing to come out first thing Monday but my schedule didn't allow so I scheduled it for Tuesday morning 0830. By 0800 I'd received a text notification saying the crew would be there by 0830, no later than 0900. The crew called at 0810 to let me know they were 14 mins out!! Grateful for them keeping me in the loop on their timeframe. Also, fair price for through drain cleaning -- they had to snake my drain lines some 50 feet to clear the issue. Thanks guys!! Will be keeping your number in my home repairs listing!

A very pleasant experience. We had our kitchen sink clogged and after calling four different companies, they were able to come to my home the same day. Unfortunately, the first visit did not remedy the problem like we thought, but when we called back two days later, Daren was able to send another tech out with no additional cost. Both techs we dealt with were pleasant and friendly and gave courtesy calls to notify me when they were on their way. I highly recommend!

I can't express enough how great this company is. I remodeled my 70+ year home and as you can imagine...a lot of work! Every person I interacted with at Royal was professional, prompt, and extremely courteous. If I had any concerns, it was addressed immediately. Even as extremely busy as they are, they made me feel like I was their VIP customer. I HIGHLY recommend using this great, local business for your plumbing needs.

They came out to my home after Roto-Rooter misdiagnosed my issue. They came out and gave me a free quote and installed a camera in the pipes to see the issue. Then they came the next day and dug up my pipes and replaced them for only $750 when Roto-Rooter told me $2500. And did all of that without actually meeting me. We only talked over the phone and via my security system. Did the work and send me a e-mail invoice. I watched them working on my cameras. They had. 4 people on the job and was completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

The people who own and work with this company are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They will treat you how you treat them. I have NEVER worked with a company for repairs that felt more like a friendship than a business transaction. I would definitely refer this group of people to anyone needing a honest price and great service.
