All of the staff are very friendly! While waiting for my appointment Sydney and Kimberly talked with me about skincare and other treatments the clinic offers.
I was a little nervous about getting the Morpheus 8 treatment, but Holly and Crystal did a great job. They explained everything as they went and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process.

There aren't enough positive comments to be made about Olivia. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, she is also extremely professional, knowledgeable and has an abundance of patience, compassion and understanding. She is also non-judgmental and is willing to work with her patients to afford the best care and treatment for them. Her staff is phenomenal, also. Every one of them is friendly, accommodating and a joy to be around.

5 star rating all the way around! Online scheduling was user friendly and such a breeze! This was so convenient because a lot of times I don’t have time to sit and think about my appointments I need to book until my family has gone to bed! The waiting area is amazingly clean and relaxing. Office staff was very professional. Olivia Moran was who I had my appointment with. She was very detailed, super kind, and was patient and took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns about my new journey. Scheduling my follow up appointments were a breeze with their flexible days and hours!

Dr. Shannon is the most knowledgeable professional I have encountered regarding women’s health and positive aging. The time she spent to ensure I understood my blood work, hormone status, and health indicators culminated in her covering options and empowering me to make decisions about my health. After a few weeks, I feel fabulous with her minimally invasive natural and bio-identical solutions. She knows her field! Just go! Amazing!!!

I had a full panel of labs done they were super helpful and olivia is great.

Was a good experience but when dr told me can no longer obtain semaglutide I went to my internist. He issued prescription for me. His office is also is also a closer drive.

Dr. Shannon single handedly changed,or should I say saved, my life. She listened to me and truly resolved my thyroid issues. I lost 30 pounds, hair came back, menstruation came back, and I was finally able to get pregnant after years of trying! She recently prescribed the Biote pellet for some other hormonal issues I had, and again, life-changing!!! I will never, ever stop going to see Dr. Shannon. A physician like this is incredibly hard to come by and I am so grateful I happened upon her office 7 years ago.

The providers that work here provide optimal care and have excellent customer service skills. They are very thorough in their assessments and tailor the care provided based off of the goals and outcomes you desire. The weekend outside staff are always very friendly too.

I have visited there new location and looks way better than there old one. I started off with getting laser hair for my arms because it made me feel self-conscious especially in school because of bullies.I have always had problems with my arms hair and I was happy they have the best solution. I spoke to the aesthetician of 17 years Mrs. Holly. I paid my deposit for my appointment and when I showed up she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I understood the whole process and that it takes up to 9 treatments and sometimes more because of the way it targets hair and how thick the hair is. I’m on my 5 treatment now and can I say it makes me extremely happy to see how patchy the hair on my arms are becoming because less shaving 🪒 the better. I really started noticing around my 2-3 treatment when the hair started to disappear. This office has expanded a lot and I look forward to getting more of their new services.

I have had 3 visits so far. Each with Dr. Olivia. She’s amazing. She takes her time explains everything thoroughly, I don’t feel judged. The other office staff I’ve had interactions with had been great too. Clean office, not very long wait time. I would recommend this office to anyone I know who could benefit from their services.
