Clean units. Angela the manager was very helpful and informative. The facility is extremely clean and I have only seen 1 tiny spider. And I just cannot say enough about Ms. Angela! She is the model for customer service and does this company proud.

Spacious, clean units, clean grounds. Wonderful customer service. Celia is helpful and she’s always going above and beyond! They store boats, cars, and RVs, indoor and climate controlled units also outdoor units. The indoor units don’t have the old storage smell to them. Secure!

I am currently in the process of moving to the Gulfport area. I went and rented a storage unit here after a very long, unnecessary & unfortunate series of events regarding another storage company. I called around & Storage King USA was the most affordable storage company near me, with the best reviews. The manager there Miss Cece was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, she understood my situation and was able to help me & my family with no problem!! I returned the following day to move my stuff into the storage unit and was greeted with the very same customer service :) My unit was easily accessible, well protected & clean all throughout. I am 100% pleased with this location!

Angela was wonderful to deal with in the office. The storage shed had been swept and sanitized prior to me renting it. I have never rented a cleaner shed. I wish all office personal were as customer service focused and experienced as Angela was during my visit. Thank you for all your help.

I actually am not a customer, but a delivery driver. And from my experience, seems like a great place to me. Lady in the office is super friendly. And she let me use the restroom one time and it was immaculate. I have no need of storage space at this time, but when I do... I will likely come see them.

After a bad experience at another facility in the area & the unit I had reserved falling through at the last minute, I rushed to reserve a unit with Storage King online, & then rushed to make it over to the facility before they closed. Because of traffic, I arrived 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening. I was expecting to either be told I was too late & to come back the following day or at the very least, to be working with a less than happy employee because of my timing. As I pulled in & quickly rushed to get my toddler son out of the truck to go in, I was greeted with Angela’s smiling face & a door being held open for me & my son, welcoming us inside. I apologized for the timing & offered to rush through paperwork, as well as skip showing me the unit because I didn’t want to keep her there late, but she was so kind & patient, reassuring me that she was not bothered to stay a little late & to still show me where my unit was. She immediately offered snacks to my 4yo son & showed him the awesome play area full of toys & books (that she had just taken the time to sanitize), to occupy him while we got paperwork & details taken care of. It is so incredibly rare these days to get even halfway decent customer service anywhere you go, unfortunately. On a day that had already been crazy & regarding a stressful last minute situation trying to secure a place, I can’t even begin to tell you how truly grateful I was to receive the superior level of customer service I got from Angela that night. On every level. Thorough & detailed information, everything inside & outside the property was exceptionally clean, & the genuine kindness like I was talking with someone I had known for years- it made my experience with Storage King stand out, far exceeding expectations. Storage King- you’ve got a rare & valuable gem with Angela. I truly hope she is recognized for it!

I have used the Storage King on Dedeaus road here in Gulfport. The staff, Mrs. Angie, is what made my experience so good. She is kind and always helpful. Anytime a friend or family are looking for a storage place, I tell the to go see Angie!

Storage King has nice clean lockers the doors open easy. Everything’s easy access you have to punch a code in and out. This prevents people from following in and following out very nice front desk person that I met.
