Rented a unit this weekend, was an easy and quick experience. Tracy and Terry were really nice and made getting a storage unit a really good time, actually. Excellent customer service, thank you both! The facility is clean and well maintained. It's conveniently located and easy to access. Very pleased with the business.

Highly recommended!! Tracy was great and provided a wonderful experience. We moved from GA and were exhausted. My boyfriend rented the unit but when I met Tracy and saw the property I had to leave a review! I had a storage unit back home and this place is way better!! Thanks again, Tracy!!

Traci and Terry were great! We showed up very close to close and they let us right in gave us a tour and answered all my questions. Even gave me some very important suggestions. I plan on storing here based on them and their online pricing promotions. I've researched everyone in the area they can't be beat!

If you’re looking for a safe, clean and secure storage facility w/ great customer service — you’ve found it! My unit was inside in the 3rd floor but it was so easy to move my stuff in and out because the elevators are huge and they provide carts. Everything is passcode access so your stuff is very secure. Huge shout out to Tracy & Terry for making my experience so good. They went above and beyond helping me vacate my unit and answering all my questions.

Terry and Tracy were extremely cordial, helpful and very informative. We had been looking at other storage facilities and found this location to be competitively priced, clean, user friendly, secure and well managed.

I was surprised how easy it was to transfer storage units!! Went very smooth and the downsized storage unit price was fair. If I ever move to Cinci, this would be the place I’d go for storage solutions.

Rick the best most sweetest, helpful, knowledgeable and just all around AMAZING! When he wasn't at the desk giving the best customer service ever, he was out in the unit area to ensure the place was well maintained and taken care of with love and care. Rick was more than happy to help me find the right size unit for me and our family. Rick was all about the customers he treated us more than just customers, he treated us like a memeber of the family. I would recommend to anyone if you need a storage unit, this is the place to go. Hi my name is Donna McMullen and I just want to give this review so people will know the people that you be dealing with with this company. First of all the gentleman at the front Patrick Turner I commit him 101%. He was definitely business friendly and I hope you don't read this I love them cowboy boots but that's beside the point. My brother had passed away and his storage bin was at this facility I have never been so welcomed in my life I was really very much impressed with the welcoming and open arms in the sympathetic people that work there but I like to give kudos to Patrick so if and when you do need a storage bin I reckon men this company especially the one in Newport cuz that's the people that I dealt with and I think he deserves a raise My opinion only so God bless and everyone have a great day because I sure did have the good one today dealing with this

At store space Newport KY I just have to say, I give you guys an A+ they have the best customer service of any storage facility that I've ever had and I've had quiet a few. When I first came to store space I was overwhelmed and had more than I thought, rented the wrong size unit and that was no problem at all Patrick and Callie were more than happy to help me find the right size unit for me they are more than helpful and care more about there customers than just customers they treat you like family I would recommend to anyone if you need a storage, store space is the place to go. CJ was amazing! We had to move last minute so we were insanely unprepared. She did so much to help my family & help us with moving. We got along so well it feels like I've known her forever. This place is really clean, organized & welcoming. I highly recommend coming here if you need a storage unit😊

Amber is the most friendly and helpful customer service agent that I have experienced in any business in a long time! She’s definitely an asset to the company!

It feels rare these days to have a genuinely stand-out customer service experience, but once in a while you come across someone like CJ who just knocks it out of the park. She really makes this place (which could easily be a dull, transactional experience) and brings so much energy and positivity that I’m honestly a little sad to leave! I hope the powers at be realize how valuable she is to this company and treat her as such!

Awesome and very friendly professional staff who were willing to stay hours past the usual office hours and to top it off it was a Friday night and He had zero hesitation on staying over to be able to be able to provide us with any assistance we may have needed to be provided in regards to being 1st time customers. This company is willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure that customers are happy

They was very professional. The on-site manager drove 40 minutes to make sure I received my unit on Sunday his day off to be sure I was able to move in. Low pricing as well. Thanks a million

Can not be more grateful for Callie and the people at store space. I made a huge stupid mistake and he drove all the way out from florence and not only solved the issue, but also gave me a GREAT deal. If you are young and just trying to figure out how you are going to store everything you need, this is the place! Thank you Callie!!

I never was set up on auto pay, never knew it existed. After 10 years of having the unit Callie got me on auto pay. So nice and very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage this guy knows his stuff.
