Grand Palais Nails and Pedicure

The only place I’ll go in Greenville. I’ve never experienced the level of care and service at a salon. Mai, personally, has mastered both service and human connection. I absolutely adore her and the entire staff.

Great service with friendly staff. I can ask for any design. Appointments is a must as this salon is busy. They also have a new massage and facial specialist. She is wonderful.

EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter what time or what service I get, the folks at this establishment are nothing but TOP NOTCH! They do the very best they can to accommodate everyone who walks through the door. Even people who show up late. If Eddie happens to be running behind (which doesn’t happen often) the staff offers me a beverage and if they can, they will start my service until Eddie can get to me. I’ve never had a bad experience. The salon is clean and everyone is kind and fun to be around. If you haven’t tried them..please do! You won’t regret it! 😉

I've been coming to this shop on a regular basis since it's opening in 2020. They have always been courteous, polite, professional and very accommodating. They offer a wide variety of nail/spa treatments and are very proficient in all of these services. I live on the coast, a 31/2 hr round trip just to come see Mai or Eddy. (But, I have used other nail techs there as well and have always been satisfied or they have been willing to fix whatever it may be to make me happy.) They are the best, most talented nail technicians I have ever had the pleasure to sit under and are extremely personable. Since I live so far away, I don't get to come for nail treatments or fill-ins etc often enough; however my gel nails last me as much as 4-5 weeks. No cracks, chips or separations. Quality work and I am always more than happy and satisfied with my nails. They have always worn gloves for pedicures and masks even when they didn't have too. Their shop, including the restroom is immaculately clean and I personally have never had any issues with contamination, reactions, etc to their nail products or instruments. I will keep coming here for the foreseeable future and hope they stay in business forever! God bless them!!!

This was my second visit, taking my granddaughter. She loves getting a manicure. Stephanie replicated a design Payten found on Pinterest perfectly👍👍🤩

Kris is absolutely wonderful. She truly cares about her clients. I always have a great experience. Kris is extremely talented and her skills are top notch. That’s why I am a regular client at Grand Palais.

First time getting my nails done at Palais. Great experience. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Nail tech who did my pedicure did a wonderful job. Will definitely be back!

Mai assisted me with my decision on what service I wanted. Mai was very friendly, she even brought me complimentary wine & water, and will be doing my nails soon!!!

My pedicure today (2/23/23) with Myran was 5 Star service!!!! I highly recommend that you come visit her and see for yourself and enjoy the amazing services.

I loved the massage chair too, I wish I had one at home!!!!

Great experience! Very kind staff that works very hard to make you happy! My daughter and I went and she felt very special on her birthday!

Stephanie has always taken very good care of me. She is very good at her profession. I am always pleased. I have never had any problems with her work! The hostess has also been very pleasant and always made sure I am accommodated.

I love this place, and it is the only nail salon I will go to. All the employees are friendly and welcoming, and my nail technician is amazing. I’ve never gotten a bad manicure or a bad pedicure there. If you’re looking for a nail salon or if you’re unhappy with your current nail salon, go to Grand Palais! They accept appointments and walk-ins.

Grand Palais is a wonderful salon. It starts from the moment I walk in and I'm greeted by this wonderful staff. I always feel valued as a customer. The salon is always busy but they always let you know that you won't have to wait very long for your turn. Each nail technician is very knowledgeable and they make your experience worth the visit. They are very detail oriented and that takes time. I appreciate the time taken on my nails and my toes to make them just right. Five stars is not enough, I'd give them ten.

Once again a satisfied customer!

Been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. If there was anything that I wasn’t fully satisfied with, staff were very quick to amend it and made me feel like they both valued the input and made me feel comfortable with verbalizing exactly how I felt about my experience. I will NEVER go to another salon again!

Update: still love this place! My orange nails have grown out but no chips or anything and it’s been two months. I am constantly washing/sanitizing my hands as well and they have held up so good!! Can’t wait to go back!
First time going to Grand Palais and I had a great experience. I did not have an appointment but luckily I was able to be seen without a long wait time at all. I had Christina today and she was great! Great personality and probably the best French manicure I have ever had. Also had my eyebrows waxed and she did a very good job! I will definitely be going back!

Leandra did my pedicure and nails today! I told her what I wanted and she executed exactly what I wanted! She is the sweetest and the whole salons atmosphere was very calming and welcoming! 100% would recommend her to anyone!

Best place in town! The place is very clean, looks and smells really good and has a spa feeling.
All of the staff are very professional and my Nails look amazing after every appointment.

Got my wedding nails done here and I can’t rave enough about how wonderful the experience was for me and my mother-in-law. We did a walk-in (misunderstood and thought we couldn’t get an appointment which isn’t the case!) and we were pleasantly surprised to be seen immediately even though they were incredibly busy! Four weeks later my nails are still looking fabulous thanks to the kindness of my nail artist and their supervisor. If I lived locally, I would be a regular. 💯💅
