Broad River Animal Hospital is first-rate! I'm so grateful they were recommended to us for our two cats' veterinary care. Not only is Dr. Reinecke clearly experienced and informed, she is also incredibly perceptive and kind. All of the staff from the front desk to techs and assistants to the veterinarians themselves are welcoming and compassionate. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

It’s really comforting to go where you know the staff and they know you. It is an increased level of care and caring that isn’t usually found today. The 3 Veterinarians are wonderful doctors that seem to work very well as a team. I am grateful for their care and patience.

Very caring staff from the front desk to the doctors. They make vet visits comfortable from letting us keep our aggressive dog in the car til they are ready for us, to thoroughly discussing options and not pushing expensive tests or procedures.

Dr. Nicole and her staff are always very attentive and friendly. They truly care about their furry clients. Dr Nicole took her time with our Mr. Darcy and explained all of his treatment options clearly. You never feel like a number being rushed in and out. Broad River feels like family!!!

All wonderful experiences here! The care has been knowledgeable, professional, and they never oversell. They always explain options well to me, i am always very well informed and they do the minimum yet thorough care. My dog is quite dog reactive and they are always great about setting up a low stress enterance, and Kelly in particular is amazing at nailtrims in low stress way. Doctors answer all my questions and I never feel rushed through. Ive been a patient for many years and always an all around great experience

They are our primary care doctor. We have a puppy with some issues. Its an ongoing issue so we are in and out frequently. They are fantastic. I wish our pups didnt have quite the issues and we got to see them a little less but they always take great care of us. I appreciate them and I know our pups does too.

This was my first visit with Oscar at Broad River Animal Hospital and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone is very friendly and they were very thorough in examining Oscar. They answered all my questions and treated Oscar with care and compassion. Oscar is not very cooperative when he goes to the Vet, but they handled him beautifully.

Everyone at Broad River Animal Hospital is amazing. The doctor took the time to call and discuss medication options to give her the best quality of life as she aged and walking became difficult. And when it came time to make the decision to put our 16 yr old dog, Nala, down, they were fantastic. They set up the room, gave us privacy, explained the process and a few days later we received a card with her nose and paw prints in it, which meant so much to us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent experience. I found my pets and myself were treated with compassion, knowledge and respect. I understand not everyone believes the same with how thry care for their animals. Its nice to be listened too and spoke to with genuine concern and respect. They were incredible with my pets and I am so happy to have found them.

Very dedicated staff, it is obvious that they really care for their patients and want the best for them. Dr Nicole is super knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer questions.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Everyone went out of their way to make our pets feel comfortable and safe. They truly took the time and to complete a thorough exam in a way that reduced anxiety for both dog and cat. All of our questions were answered by the end of the appointment, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t dread our next vet visit! Thank you!!

I have been w/ Broad River Animal Hospital from their beginning. They are very professional and sensitive not only to my pets needs but mine as well. I'm very grateful that they are here.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude for the excellent care Dr.
Allison provided to our older cockapoo. She removed a 2 lb lipoma from his groin-not an easy area to work on. He is doing great and was cared for well during his recovery. He is now back to taking trail walks with a pep in his step. In addition to Dr. Allison, all of the staff were kind, caring and professional. Highly recommend this place and again, so very grateful for taking good care of our beloved dog.

My little four legged friend had a big day today with major dental work and eye surgery. Everyone at office was very professional, caring and did their very best to make me and my pet as comfortable as possible.

Alway sincere, helpful, caring 5 stars. recption staff a liitle too aggresive, with patrons, might not set well with new clients. As a long time client, overall still 5 star, as the other personal are great.

Dr Allison and staff have taken care of our Labs for twelve years. She and her staff truly care about their patients and I could not recommend them more.

Dr Allison goes above and beyond what any other Vet I have seen in town . It's like going to a Vet in the old days. They call you , talk to you on the phone and listen. We Appreciate that.
