Well-run local farm for blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Pick your own or grab some at the cash register. Rows are wide with ample fruit on each bush. Do keep berries separate even at same price - it gives owner a gauge on production. Parking is free, and this is a great place to bring youngsters. Staff are helpful in directing you to the most bountiful areas for your needs, baking or snacking.

Great place to pick blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. The staff is super nice and helpful. They allow you to graze as you pick and put as many berries in your bucket as you can fit. My girls had such a great time picking the different berries, especially the blueberries.

This is a really big blueberry farm. We went in early July and it was very easy to fill a bucket. Friendly staff, lots of parking. Recommend.

Calming, peaceful new experience. Something different to do during this pandemic since it's not much to see or do.$15 for a small basket. It's best to go early ,they open at 7am. We went around 9 and it was already getting hot. Going home to eat and make cobbler.

Great place to pick your own blueberries and blackberries! Extremely well kept, very friendly, huge patch and accessible to even handicapped folks... easy pickings!
Price is higher than buying frozen from the grocery stores in bulk but cheaper than buying fresh small packages in vegie isle. Plus you can't get em any fresher than picking them yourself.
We picked ( wife and I) 2.25 gallons in about an hour and cost $55... of course our tummies had some too 😁!

2018 June blueberry season open. This place is awesome. Best blueberry patch I have ever visited. Blueberries are sweet and plump. This year is great year for blueberries. We only picked 2 buckets 13 pounds. Family enjoyed the pick your own as well. Always check under bushes, a lot were missed since most peeps only pick what they see.

Every June I look forward to berry season and making the 1/2 hour drive from central Cary to this lovely berry farm in the country. I usually make 2 or 3 trips over the course of the month to pick blackberries, then blueberries. Sometimes I pick raspberries, but there are not as many available and they don't last very long in the refrigerator. Use them quickly! I recommend picking early, arriving within the first hour they open. The temperature is a little cooler and it will have been a few days since the brambles and bushes were last picked. I usually wear water sandals because you will walk through grass that still has dew. Old sneakers are a good option, but they will get a bit wet. I also bring a hat to wear.
I enjoy talking with the owners about how the berry season is going. I find them to be pleasant, helpful and willing to share recipes and information. I recommend signing up for the email list. Betty sends emails with informative details letting folks know when berries are ready for picking and when the season is winding up.

The berries are delicious and they are organically grown.

The Dr. does a great job making sure the rows of bushes are well trimmed and when you sign up for an email alert, they do a great job of letting you know what crop is best when and the condition of the crop.

We've been coming here for three years now and although it's 1/2 hour drive from Downtown Raleigh, it's well worth the time spent together as a family. The opportunity to take the city kids to the country to learn where their food comes from is priceless.

Though it's far from us but it's worth the drive! Berry trees are kept up nicely and full of berries. Kids had a great time. They are delicious!!

It is well worth the trip, make sure you get there early in the morning to avoid the summer heat. Don't wait to long in the season because with everyone wanting berries the plant might be picked over.
