CD's Grill

This place is a gem if you love good old-fashioned country cooking. I go in with a group of work friends at least once a week, and CD's has got something for all of us. Just want a burger or hots dogs? Check. Country food like hamburger steak-n-gravy, pork chops, chicken pastry, etc.? Check. Nice salad bar with about 20ish items? Check. Fantastic breakfast too. My personal favorite...a cheese biscuit with smoke sausage added. I call about 5 minutes before I get there, and they have it waiting for me. On a Saturday morning if I'm not as rushed for time, I'll take the family and my boys will get pancakes and one will get a grilled cheese sandwich. The wife and I will go for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit (gooey and cheesy) and a side of the potatoes or grits. My goodness! So Good! You'll thank me later. :)

I stopped in for the 1st time today to CD's for what I affectionately call a church plate...fried chicken, green beans & potato salad. The chicken was crispy & the green beans were seasoned very well. I liked the way they neatly plated my to go box with hot sauce & cutlery without me asking (b/c let's be honest, thoughtfulness is lacking in a lot of quick service restaurants nowadays). The apple jack was definitely a yummy treat. Looking forward to trying some other things in the near future.

I went here yesterday I work right behind the building. I didn’t know it was a food place until yesterday. Everyone was welcoming, and they were fast. I really wanted to do a review to let them know that it’s currently my favorite spot due to the cabbage! My nana passed the last year and it reminds me of her! It just warms my heart and soul.

This is hands down my favorite breakfast place. I call in my order otw to work and it’s always ready for me when I get there. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. I love this place, now all my employees love it too because I bring them breakfast as well.

Ordered the Eggs , grits and bacon platter and added a cheese biscuit. Everything was cooked just like I like it and there are no words to describe how good the cheese biscuits were! We diffidently will make this a regular stop when we are in town.

My husband and I went on a Sat morning. The cheese biscuit with tenderlion and egg was excellent. All food was great and the staff were super friendly. It was nice to go in somewhere and see smiling happy employees especially the way things have been with covid. Thank you CD's Grill for a great experience and we will be back soon to try the lunch menu!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious burgers, and I look forward to trying some of their weekly specials and breakfast offerings. Delightfully artistic and pleasant dining room, with wonderful sweet tea. Highly recommended!

This is a gem of a place! Excellent food and service. Great prices in a warm atmosphere.

New restaurant and I thought I would try them out. Glad I did! They were quick to respond to us when we came in and made us feel welcomed. The trout was fresh and seasoned well, cabbage and yams were good also. My daughter got shrimp and she said they were good. The owner came by our table which is a plus. Customer service is key and they nailed it on my first visit. Way to go guys! We will be back soon.

My wife and I ate breakfast at CD s grill today and it was great. Delicious home style cooking. The home fries are made in house along with their exceptional homemade cheese biscuit. Get away from the chains this Mom and Pop is special.
