Company Mill Preserve

This place is absolutely magical!! My littles love looking for fairies here!! The trails & wetlands are definitely worth the ride over!! Highly recommend. Our German shepherd would also like to give 5 stars!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hiking trail!! Well marked and decent sized parking lot. Be prepared it is a long hike to do the full trail.

Very cute roadside waterfall that has parking for about 5 cars. We didn’t hike the whole trail, as we were just there for the waterfall but the trail we did go down was easy and well groomed.

Very well maintained, low traffic trail, with most of the more interesting parts farther from Hagan-Stone Park. Excellent wetlands viewing area near the Company Mill Rd. entrance.

The trail and wetlands are beautiful this time of year. Lots of blooms and buds, and smells amazing throughout the hike along the water. So many different birds, so pay to attention to that as well. It's a great hike from the Company Mill trailhead into Hagen Stone Park. You can easily turn this into a 10 mile or more hike if you include both parks. And...they have doubled the size of the parking lot!

Beautiful place with a trail you can follow all the way into Hagan-Stone Park.

The trail is very nice with an old cabin along the way to stop and view. The trail has several wooden bridges to walk across as well.

Really peaceful trail and lots of birds, squirrels and frogs. Really beautiful.

Love the waterfall at the beginning. The trail was well taken care of with multiple boardwalks and a nice wetland overlook. You will be sure to hear cows mooing as you walk right near them - it's hilarious how loud and startling that can be. We didn't do the full trail but it was quite extensive and does connect to Hagan Stone Park. Parking here is quite limited - room for less than 10 cars so arrive early or walk here. We saw probably 3 groups of hikers on the trail - not too crowded

A lovely day in the park (Saturday April, 3, 2021) - Took my wife on a repeat hike from Hagen-Stone Park to the end of Phase II of the Company Mill Preserve trail. According to my phone, we covered just over 7 miles roundtrip and 25 floors.
The trail is marked very well and the wooden bridges are really appreciated. Thank you so much Anne Hice. This is what a trail should look like. Thank you to whoever is improving the water mud crossings. The strategically placed rocks help. I’m going to hike this many times now that we live in the area. 🥾🥾🥾

This was a natural wetland hike. Beautiful. The trail was a little rough so pay attention but the walk was a good workout. I loved it.

Great hike for the whole family! Wonderful spots to stop and explore! Our 6y/o and 16y/o both enjoyed it as well as our dog!

A few quite hiking trails here. Great for walking the dog.
