I've been shopping at this store for years, and I always have a great experience with all of the employees and the neighbors I see from the surrounding area.

Everyone here is kind and welcoming. Some of the younger employees can be a little sarcastic, but I'm here for it. Get your groceries here.

This place is kept clean and the employees are very nice and happy to help youvfind items. Cashiers are great with a smile, good customer service!

This one is in Forest Oaks. Different experience from other Food Lions. This one has an entry way with fresh produce that is on sale. Very nice set up. Plenty of employees and lines are not long. Dairy products are in cases with doors to keep them cold. Fresh flowers seem to be nicer than at other stores. Overall, a very nice experience.

I love all the people here. Someone is always there to help or with a smile.
Update: They're actually getting new products. The staff are still amazing.

Store is always very clean and organized! They usually have multiple checkout aisles open, so hardly any wait and staff still loads the cart for you! Variety of products is very nice, I k own they can't stock everything made, but they do a great job with their selections.

It's always a nice day inside woody mill rd Foodlion.
Update: this location is definitely one of the nicer and higher end stores in the district.

I am looking at the store from both a employee standpoint and also a customers. Working here was a wonderful start on that first job and also learning to work in a fast-paced environment with very good work conditions. Looking at the employees not only as coworkers but as also the image of the business. the interaction between employees is very friendly. They work hard to ensure the satisfaction of customers while keeping a fast pace. I remember working there when we had to put bags and customers carts I knew that was a very nice touch to keeping good customer service. I can definitely say I miss that because I do not get that at my local Food Lion like I did at this one.

My buddy Lee runs the store on number 8 and he hires a happy hard working staff. This is a corporate business but at this store you feel like you stepped back in time where people have real conversations in the aisles. The associates take time to greet you and welcome you. It's a rare find in a corporate America world. Great job Lee. My hats off to you on your management skills.

This is a very clean ,neat store. Shelves always stocked with great selections.Every one seems very nice and helpful..did not have to wait in line too long.Was a good experience today..did not leave agitated or stressed,was just right!

They have a lot of stuff here to choose from which I love but they are definitely higher than Walmart. I can buy the same items for a lot cheaper there than at Food Lion. Now if it's on MVP sale then it's usually a great deal but I can't go shopping at 2 different places based on what is or isn't on sale. But the staff is always nice and helpful and much faster check out then other places! But I do miss the old layout. I'm still so list in the new one. Doesn't flow very well.

Great service. The 18 year old check out lady was. Very pleasant and helpful in arranging my grocery basket in an orderly way, which allowed me to put my $457.00 groceries in an organized fashion at home.

The hot bar is always really fresh, hot and perfect for when I don't feel like cooking!! We stopped in for a few groceries and decided to make that our dinner tonight! As usual we were NOT disappointed!

When they first built this one, this area DEFINITELY needed a store! Lots of us had located to Forest Oaks, Julian, Climax, Liberty- or we all grew up here! THIS one is great! It's beautiful, all brick, just right for the upscale area. Inside it's just gorgeous. And kept pristine. The help is always smiling, conversational, local so many of us watched their parents get married and have THEM, and watched them grow up! A "hometown" Food Lion. As I travel from NW Greensboro when I worked there, to my home in Liberty, this is my stop off on the way home. Fast easy to get in and out, well stocked. And a very nice clean restroom!
