So far we have had an amazing experience with Dr. Stephanie. I cant say enough good things about Assured Audiology. She is caring and thorough and the way she explained to my father why he needed hearing aids was very clear to him. A lot of medical professionals are very patronizing when they speak to the elderly, she treats him like a human being. Dad is very happy with his hearing aids and the service that goes along with them!

They've got it all going on here. They're fast, super friendly, hospitable, and great at their jobs. We saw Shana, and Rhonda up front is so sweet and already has all the info for you before you ask/need it. She already knows.

Both Dr. Stephanie's and Erin's pictures should be next to the definitions of customer care and service. One of my hearing aids failed the day before I was to leave to visit my family in New England and they made time in a packed client schedule to diagnose and fix the problem despite my not having purchased the aids from them. This is my audiologist from now on.

Dr. Stephanie Galloway is awesome! She easy to work with. She is now a Cochlear Hearing Implant device dealer. If you need any baha implant device or cochlear hearing aid she can help.

I wish that I could give this place more stars because Stephanie is very personable and professional. I ordered some musician ear plugs, as we listen to a lot of loud music and I've been diagnosed with hearing loss. On 3 separate occasions I've had to get the left one filed down due to it still hurting a portion of my ear when singing and talking. The last time I went to her and told her that it still wasn't right she told me that she would have to charge me because of the time it's taken to correct this problem. It hasn't been corrected yet and if it was I wouldn't have to keep coming back.
