Great little General Store! They have a little bit of everything and a variety of unique antique pieces. It’s like stepping back in time. The owner was delightful and down to earth. Check them out if you are passing through. Follow their Facebook for updates on live music.

Great small town store. Old timey treats, antiques and nostalgia, at great prices! Will visit again and so should if you driving through Four Oaks!

You don't find the character of this store in the country at large. This is all but gone in America... Glad to live in a place where this still exists. We really enjoyed the Thursday night concert.

Wonderful experience, full antiques and new things, glass bottle sodas, local jams and jellies, fresh baked goods, seed and feed, you name it. And they have third Thursday music from 6 to 8 inside with a food truck out front if you're hungry. Friendly folks too.

Old school General Store. A good mix of new and old fashioned stuff with good prices. Great place to take the kids or grandkids and browse around for christmas goodies; some local jelly and honey; or most anything else. Third thursday live music updates on their facebook page.

Great home town store with the old time feel. Felt like I walked back in time! Definitely worth at walk through to see the different things for sale as well as the antiques! Enjoyed a good conversation with the owner who is very friendly! Highly recommend heading that way!

One of the few remaining places to keep that old downtown charm. Great people. Almost every time I've gone in there I'd think no way they will have this but they've almost always come up with it. Once my truck was parked outside his store while I was across the street to the antique store and when I came out Stanfield was standing in th middle of street, holding my truck from rolling off; it had kicked out of gear and started rolling toward the (always RED) stoplight about 20 yards away. He saved my bacon that day and Lord knows who else.

The new coffee shop, Back Porch Cafe, feels like an old fashioned, homey place to be. The coffee is fresh and delicious. The baked goods are good. The back porch has seating to eat the treats and enjoy you coffe.

What a wonderful little store! Such friendly employees and interesting things for sale. We hope to go back for the live music and trivia nights!

Love this place! Plan on spending a few minutes just to browse. Get lost in time of the good ole days. Homemade goodies from the locals. Everything from wine to twine!!

Slow down and enjoy Southern hospitality, fantastic coffees and desserts. You just might meet a music celebrity or two! Back door friends are the best!!!

This store is a wonderful trip back in time! It is loaded with awesome gifts and all at low prices. The best place to get Ashe county cheese in the area!

Highly recommend this place for an old fashioned soda and moon pie. Has an excellent selection of antique items to shop through.

Stanfield's is truly a hidden jewel in Johnston county, it offers hardware, unique gifts, antiques, food items, gifts and cafe.

This is an interesting place to visit because of the variety of items stocked. Be sure to try a cup of coffee.
