Hands down the best experience I could have ask for. Thankfully, I chose Precision Auto. after getting hit head on by someone without ins., my company wanted to immediately total the car and refused not to. Lynn and their amazing staff FOUGHT through red tape and fixed it back like new. I will never go anywhere else.

This place is AWESOME! Did a Perfect fit on the car. THEN, they washed the car Inside & Out! I was Blown Away at the Attention to Detail! Hence the name, Precision Auto. Will only take my vehicles to this Place ONLY!!! 5 Star All Day 👌 No Kidding, Best service I ever had!

My mother borrowed my car when her car went in for some maintenance. The same day someone turned too sharp out of a parking spot and damaged the bumper of my Camry. Luckily lady handled out of pocket, same day got a quote from Precision and set an appointment. Few weeks later as they are popular for their quality work, I just received my car and it looks fantastic. They repaired the damage, and aesthetically looks brand new. The quality of work and customer service is top notch for anyone in the nearby area or actually if it’s a drive for you , it’s worth it! My first personal experience but family and friends have had several appointments for work and each one handled expertly and I will be back hopefully by my choice!

I was rear ended on Memorial Day. My 2017 Dodge Challenger was a mess. Trunk, exhaust bumper had to be replaced. A dent in each quarter panel and to be fixed and it had to be painted!! Paul & Lynn were Highly recommend and I’m happy they were. They did an amazing job on my car, it’s beautiful!!! I’m very particular about my car and they did an awesome job!!!

Had an accident with a deer lol. These guys were professional and did an outstanding job in a timely manner. Turned out better than I expected and will return if ever the need arises.

Well I would say all in all this was a good shop. I wrecked my truck back in Feb '22 and even tho it has been a long drawn out process mostly due to insurance and parts they got my truck back to looking like new. Paul (owner) is a great guy to deal with and will make sure you are nothing less than happy with your vehicle.

Precision Auto Body is INCREDIBLE!! I have taken two vehicles to them so far and the work that they do is amazing. someone hit the rear corner of my work van and caved it in, other shops wanted to remove my advertising graphics but not Precision, they made the repair and painted it to perfection. When I picked up the van they had completely detailed the outside. Last week I dropped off my truck because the hood was peeling terribly (typical Dodge) and I had a new bed topper that I wanted painted to match the truck. Again they did an amazing job. They detailed the truck inside and out and it looked like it just rolled off the show room floor but it's a 2007! The prices seem really good too, although I'll never have anything else to compare it to since I won't be going to any body shop except Precision!

I have had auto body work done here for years with Precision Auto Body. They are the most courteous, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable Body Shop I have had the pleasure of doing business with in all the times I have needed them.

With both of my cars total by a tornado, I was in quite the predicament . With both cars inoperable and baby due in 10 days I needed to get one of the cars back up and running quickly. I have done business with Precision Auto Body before and had great luck. That was the first place I stopped to see what options I had to fix the car. I found out their shop was extremely busy because of the tornado and was booked out for at least 6 weeks. With not much hope I explained my situation to Paul at Precision. Without hesitation Paul said “ You get the car to me and we will squeeze it in and get it fix”. Thirty six hours after getting the car to Precision I was back up and running. Just in time! Three days later this car was use to take my daughter-in-law to the hospital. I now have a beautiful grandson! With cars in short supply and rental cars unavailable at the time I don’t know what we would’ve done if Precision hadn’t step up to get me out of this situation. But they did step up! I can’t say enough good things about Precision Auto Body. I have done business many times with them and the quality of work is always outstanding.
Paul I want to thank you and your crew for making a very bad situation disappear quickly! You guys are the best! By the way the grandson is doing well!!!

Precision Auto Body is the best auto body shop in Kentucky! I had to get my bumper reattached after it fell off and I was referred to Precision by an associate at Big O Tires near me. I told them I needed my bumper reattached when I got there & they took care of the rest. Before I could even make it back home, I received a call from Lynn I believe who told me my car was already finished. If you have anything go wrong with your car and need a RELIABLE body shop, Precision is the way to go! The pictures listed are before & after shots of my bumper! It’s like the accident never happened.

These guys did a fantastic job painting the bumper of my wife's Miata and my Nissan Altima. The service and workmanship was excellent. The price was about $200 cheaper than an estimate I received at a very prestigious Louisville body shop. I am very satisfied with the work and believe me, I am very OCD picky about things. I notice everything! They even detailed the cars after they did the body and paint work. I definitely did not expect that and I was very impressed with that added service! You won't find that at many other places. In fact, I had two or three small over spray places on my trunk that were there when I bought the car originally. These were small white flecks that most people would not notice. I asked them if they could take them off with a buffer. They did not hesitate to do it. They took them off and my car looks looks great. Most places would not do that and the means a lot to me. I even took another car to them for detailing and they also made it look wonderful. I have found a body shop I will use again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone. Lynn and Paul (the owners) are great people that run a great business. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was friendly, helpful and they gave me a very reasonable price for my paint repair and windshield replacement. To top it off when I came back to pick up my car, the car was cleaned inside and out, plus they charged me LESS than my original estimate-thank you! Absolutely loved working with Precision! Lynn is an absolute sweetheart and I always felt extremely welcome when I was in her and her husband’s shop. They fixed my car in no time and I will definitely be using them for any repair needs in the future.

Precision handled everything on my very unfortunate accident. I was told up to four months needed by another shop for my repairs.

I went to Precision, met with very professional and knowledgeable staff who said two weeks at most for repairs. They literally handled everything with my insurance, car rental, pickup, drop off. It was seamless...highly recommend this local business.

The work Lynn and Paul do on the vehicles are fantastic and they gave amazing customer service. I loved the scenery of the office and the nice greeting when you walk in. A 10/10 business I recommend fully to go to it. They also give mints and have a nice place to sit just in case if your in line or etc. Lastly, they are really reasonable with there discussions and it is easy to understand what is happening and the work is done fast with efficient. 10/10 business recommend to anyone in case they need there vehicle repaired.
